Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.
Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

The carers provide an excellent service for my mother even when she proves difficult.
Thank you for your review.
We are now used to late visits from your care staff, often more than an hour late, particularly for the morning visit when medication needs to be administered but today was the worst ever for lateness, the visit being almost 3 hours late and almost backing onto the lunchtime visit. No-one from the office had the courtesy to call with an explanation or to forewarn my father. When I spoke to someone from the office I was given the explanation that a member of staff had not turned up but how did this prevent a call? The administration side of the company is poor. The actual care staff are good but usually rushed as their rotas do not allow them sufficient travel time. Does the company pay its staff travel time and factor in getting from one client to the next? I accept that there will be times when emergencies cause lateness but the frequency is not good for any client's wellbeing or feelings of anxiety. Who wants to be in their nightwear until lunchtime? I cannot recommend your company.
I am very happy with the care that I get as 2 carers come four times a day, breakfast, lunch, tea, bedtime providing any care I may need and are always polite and pleasant.
Thank you for your kind review.
Very satisfied with the care provided. Mum is happy with the carers and says she couldn't manage without their support.
All carers very pleasant and helpful, in all areas, kind and give my husband very good treatment. They always ask if there is anything they can do to help in any way. Also, feel that you can trust them with confidences. Both my husband and I are happy with the care that is given.
Very friendly and respectful. Mindful of clients independent ways.
Thank you for the kind review.
Everything is satisfactory. Good response if there is a problem.
Highly satisfied with the treatment I have received from all of the carers. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your kind review.
Very poor timekeeping. Late, often 1 hour or more. They never or rarely notify us when late. They rush the service user and don't always stay for the allotted time. Basic personal care and could improve. Service user has Parkinson's and Parkinson's dementia.
Hi Jean, Thank you for your feedback. Reviews are the best way for us to listen and improve! It would be great if we could come back to you on a few of the issues and develop. Our team will be in touch. Thanks again!
I am happy with the service provided by your company. The carers are competent and considerate to my needs.
I am really pleased with Premier Care and the carers are all very pleasant and caring and do their job very well. There is nothing more to say really except they make me feel better in myself and look forward to them calling.
Thank you very much for the kind review.
The care staff are very nice and they all do what you ask them to do. No complaints.
Thanks for your kind review!
All care providers are very helpful and mum looks forward to seeing them.

Premier Care have excellent care staff who treat clients with great care and dignity.
Thank you for the lovely review.
My husband is very happy with the care he receives from Premier Care. All the carers are very pleasant and helpful. All do all they are asked to do and often ask if they can do more.
Thank you very much for your kind review.
As you can see by the way I've ticked the boxes we think the overall service is good. The carers are great, caring and can't do enough for you. The only problem we have is we wish the carers could come a bit earlier, but we understand everybody wants them between 8-9 which would be nice.
The carers are brilliant, like little angels.
My husband is very happy with his care it tale a lot of pressure of me.
After initial problems with missed medication and appointment times, things seem to be ok now. Mum pleased to see carers but will only let them do so much, they are very good with her and understanding of her problems.
Thanks for the kind review! It's great to hear we could improve your experience with Premier Care.
I have found the carers, every one of them very helpful, efficient and caring and very pleasant. Cheerful ladies who give very good support.
Thank you for your kind words, it's very much appreciated.
