They support people with many different needs, all with the aim to provide each and every client with the support they need to enjoy a fulfilling life and maintaining as much independence as possible.

Services include hospital to home care, respite home care, personal care services, home help services as well as companionship care.

They complete a detailed digital care plan that gives access to everyone involved in the client's service. It's built around the client's individual circumstances. The care plan is custom made to enable each client to live their lives how they wish.

Their team is dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives in the community, delivering quality care with the utmost respect and dignity. They also provide specialist personal care where needed including Alzheimer’s, dementia, respite care and support.

At Premier Community, we focus on providing competitive pricing while ensuring our staff are fairly compensated. This commitment to integrity is at the heart of our service.


Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.


Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

Since we began the care package with Premier Care last September, we have been very happy with the care provided for my mother in law. The service has been reliable and consistent. The carers all take the time to get to know her, to talk to her, to find out what she needs and have built up a good
relationship with her. They've also been very good at communicating with us, and alerting us to any problems so that we can work out solutions in a timely fashion. Mum in law had a stroke yesterday whilst a Premier carer was with her. The carer immediately recognised what had happened, contacted the emergency services, stayed with mum till the ambulance arrived, reassuring and comforting her, and then drove to the hospital, so she could stay with her in the emergency assessment unit and resuscitation unit until we were able to get there (we live an hour's drive away). We're so grateful for the care and concern showed in this frightening situation.

The carers have all made me feel at ease, they are all very nice and professional. The only problem I find is that the office staff don't let me know when the girls are going to be late and don't seem to listen to the answer phone messages.

We have been using Premier Care for a little while now and have been impressed with the care and professionalism displayed by the various carers we have been assigned. Generally, they have arrived when promised, and done a good job, even though we are at a fairly remote location which is difficult
to access during snowy conditions there has only been two or three days when they have not managed to make it and we have always been notified.

Very professional and caring. Asked about staff and if they needed more training. My experience with the care I have received offered to send me a weekly rota by email as to which staff were coming.
Myt overall view was a very caring company and 99% of staff who came were very good and caring. I would
recommend to other people.

We ( my wife and I) can find no fault with the various carers as they are more like friends. We are not at all worried to give them the run of the flat. Nothing is too much trouble and friendliness is their watchword.
