I have been very happy with the care I receive from Premier Care. The carers are very efficient and empathetic.
Thank you for your kind words, it's very much appreciated.
The carers from Premier Care are wonderful, very attentive, kind, excellent at their jobs, knowledgeable, fun and think of everything. They are skilled, confident with administrating medication and nutritional supplement, via my sisters PEG. Without these carers, my sister would not be able to remain in her own home. The carers visits to the household brighten up everyone's day. I know my sister, as a young service user, especially enjoys their 'banter,' jokes and news. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words, much appreciated!
My first review, good.
We are very happy with the service provided and appreciate the care and attention given by all.
Thank you for your lovely comments.
I find Premier Care an excellent company. They are friendly and very kind and good to me.
Very kind words, we really appreciate it! Thanks.
My mum has dementia and the carers are really good with her so I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The carers are rather tired and stressed at times due to their time constraints. The staff who care for me are caring and concerned for my well being. Some of the necessary training seems to be lacking.
Thanks for your review! I will pass your thoughts on to the relevant people.
I've been very pleased with the care I've had with my carers. They always ask if I need anything else doing before they go.

Care given by ladies each morning is very good.
Office staff are average - a couple of faults, but overall satisfactory.
Happy with the service.

They always talk to my husband in a nice way.
I have found all of the carers nice and friendly and caring to my husband.

Very professional reviewer made us feel comfortable and really cared.
Thanks for the kind words!
Since we began the care package with Premier Care last September, we have been very happy with the care provided for my mother in law. The service has been reliable and consistent. The carers all take the time to get to know her, to talk to her, to find out what she needs and have built up a good relationship with her. They've also been very good at communicating with us, and alerting us to any problems so that we can work out solutions in a timely fashion. Mum in law had a stroke yesterday whilst a Premier carer was with her. The carer immediately recognised what had happened, contacted the emergency services, stayed with mum till the ambulance arrived, reassuring and comforting her, and then drove to the hospital, so she could stay with her in the emergency assessment unit and resuscitation unit until we were able to get there (we live an hour's drive away). We're so grateful for the care and concern showed in this frightening situation.
Thanks for your kind words! We hope your Mother-In-Law makes a full recovery!
Carers are polite and efficient in what they do.
Thank you for your kind words. It's very much appreciated.
My mother is happy with the care she receives.
The carers have all made me feel at ease, they are all very nice and professional. The only problem I find is that the office staff don't let me know when the girls are going to be late and don't seem to listen to the answer phone messages.
