Overall we are very satisfied with my brother's care provision and appreciate being listened to.

I would like to publish my thanks to all the amazing carers looking after my mum during this difficult time. They are doing an amazing job and are the only company she has currently due to this awful situation we are in. Mum looks forward to their visits and enjoys a good chat. They are keeping her happy and uplifted. She is still grieving having lost her husband of 66 years, my lovely dad. Thanks again to everyone involved in Premier Care. You are true angels. We as a family appreciate what a difficult time it is for the carers and they have our full respect.

After a few visits, we are quite happy with the service Premier Care have provided, we understand it always takes time to settle down and we know we can always make adjustments to our needs. The team have been very friendly and helpful.

All the staff are very friendly and treat my father-in-law with respect and care and nothing is too much trouble for them. Always talking to him. Could not ask for more.

We have had valuable care from the carers, all new carers have made good introductions making Mum feel comfortable. They have shown consideration for Mum's every need and communicate effectively. The management team have listened and are making every effort to tailor Mum's care to suit us all.

Everything about the care package has been working for me - very good for years.

Nothing is too much trouble for any of the carers, they are all brilliant. If it hadn’t been for Premier Care Mum would not be getting back on her feet again. My husband has been a client for a number of years. The carers have become like one of the family. Most of the time, cheerful, sympathetic and willing to do their best for my husband who has dementia. Life has not been easy and I couldn't have kept him at home without the care given to us both from the lovely carers. There have been a few problems but they have always been sorted out promptly. The service we've received and the response from the office staff has been very good and I certainly recommend Premier Care.

Premier Care have stepped in and saved the day caring for our mother, giving us peace of mind. She is fed, watered and cared for - to free us up in the knowledge they are going to turn up.

I was concerned about having carers, but they have all been lovely and things are going well.

Both carers and management have been extremely efficient and professional in recognising a need to review my daughter's care package and put it in place promptly. My daughter speaks highly of the carers that provide her care. I personally find it reassuring to have a person at the end of the phone to help me with any concerns I have with my daughter. I cannot praise Premier Care enough for the service they provide.
