Premier Care quickly stepped up to the mark by rescheduling care visit times and arranging for the visits to have two carers for her safety and continuing care.
Nothing short of remarkable during this time of national emergency.
Well done and many thanks!

We have had valuable care from the carers, all new carers have made good introductions making Mum feel comfortable. They have shown consideration for Mum's every need and communicate effectively. The management team have listened and are making every effort to tailor Mum's care to suit us all.

I want to say a massive thank you to the staff at Premier for instilling such confidence in my Mum and for all the help you give her each and every day. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the carers, they are all brilliant. If it hadn’t been for Premier Care Mum would not be getting back on her feet again. Thank you so much, I would recommend this company 110%.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your kind words. We're glad your Mum has had such a positive experience with her care.
My husband has been a client for a number of years. The carers have become like one of the family. Most of the time, cheerful, sympathetic and willing to do their best for my husband who has dementia. Life has not been easy and I couldn't have kept him at home without the care given to us both from the lovely carers. There have been a few problems but they have always been sorted out promptly. The service we've received and the response from the office staff has been very good and I certainly recommend Premier Care.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your kind words.
Premier Care have stepped in and saved the day caring for our mother, giving us peace of mind. She is fed, watered and cared for - to free us up in the knowledge they are going to turn up.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your kind words.
I was concerned about having carers, but they have all been lovely and things are going well.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your kind words.
Both carers and management have been extremely efficient and professional in recognising a need to review my daughter's care package and put it in place promptly. My daughter speaks highly of the carers that provide her care. I personally find it reassuring to have a person at the end of the phone to help me with any concerns I have with my daughter. I cannot praise Premier Care enough for the service they provide.
What a great review. Thanks so much, Premier Care Team.
My mother gets on very well with her and trusts her. She has helped my mum gain confidence in her ability in every way. Great humour.
A pleasure to have as a carer to mum.

Such a professional and caring organisation who treated my late mum with utmost dignity. The carers brought such joy to my parents’ house for which the family extend our gratitude. You are all angels with your loving and caring ways.
Thank you for your review and kind words.
I want to say how wonderful I think the carers are.
My mother and all her family have complete trust in each and every one of them!
The carers are brilliant, really caring and nothing is ever too much trouble. The office staff are very polite.
The carers have been lovely and caring towards Mum. Mum is happy with the care she's receiving.
Thank you for your review.
All staff are pleasant, well mannered and arrive in correct uniforms with gloves.
Thank you for your review.
The carers provide an excellent service for my mother even when she proves difficult.
Thank you for your review.
We are now used to late visits from your care staff, often more than an hour late, particularly for the morning visit when medication needs to be administered but today was the worst ever for lateness, the visit being almost 3 hours late and almost backing onto the lunchtime visit. No-one from the office had the courtesy to call with an explanation or to forewarn my father. When I spoke to someone from the office I was given the explanation that a member of staff had not turned up but how did this prevent a call? The administration side of the company is poor. The actual care staff are good but usually rushed as their rotas do not allow them sufficient travel time. Does the company pay its staff travel time and factor in getting from one client to the next? I accept that there will be times when emergencies cause lateness but the frequency is not good for any client's wellbeing or feelings of anxiety. Who wants to be in their nightwear until lunchtime? I cannot recommend your company.
