The review was performed in a friendly and efficient manager, at a pace suitable for Mum, who played an active part in it. It was a good opportunity to reflect on what was going well and clarify a few of our expectations and requirements. We were then able to update the outcomes, as the ones from the
initial visit had been achieved.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with my care and how grateful I am to the carers who attend my calls. They go above and beyond for me, and Premier Care should be very proud of themselves to have a marvellous and extremely good team of carers.

The care that Penny has is above what we expected. A pleasant, warm reception all of the time. We are asked before they go if there's anything else that they can do for us. We look forward to the visits and feel comfortable in their company.

I feel as well as Ann that the service is working well, the carers are supportive and make Ann feel safe. It gives myself and Ann's son Martin comfort that the service is working well.

Carers all treat my husband with respect and talk to him. They tell him what they are doing all the time and make him laugh. Some carers definitely go above and beyond what is required. I would recommend Premier Community to friends.

Carers are absolutely marvellous. Superb the people who arrange all runs need a bit more knowledge to fit carers to runs but as a whole the service is great.

Until recently everything ok but since new manager took over from different area the service has got worse, with no regard for clients' needs or wishes. It is like you are trying to get rid of us.

According to my dad who has had a morning carer for the past 12 months, they are all angels. They've always been courteous and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make sure all dads care needs are met. They always leave and place tidy and clean and are pleasure to have in the house.

I found them professional, caring, helpful if you ask for something.
Nothing is too much trouble.
At the moment we couldn't do anything without the help of carers with me having my cancer treatment.
A particular member of staff has been very helpful and supportive regarding my cancer treatment, she
always checks in to make sure I am ok.
