Hi my name is Ruth and I help care for a neighbour and friend. I just wanted to say how happy he is with each member of the care team that he has mat so far.As am I .He is always treated with kindness ,respect and patience, which is so very important. I have worked in care all my working life ,never have a come across carers that go so far over and above for their clients.Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the carers.I am so very grateful for their help in keeping my friend at home for as long as possible. I can't rate Premier care highly enough.Thanl you from the bottom of my heart .

Mostly carers are good and always kind. Some are quick to learn my routine whilst others are slower to learn it. Ideally it would be good to have a carer who knows my routine well with a newer carer. The two qualities needed are someone who genuinely cares and a good memory.

All the care staff have been great, I have got on with them all. All the way to local office staff. But higher head office management is very different as I am not very happy with that side of the business. Having said that all my carers have been very professional and accepted and treated me with respect. They are honest which I like and we have a very close relationship as client and carer.

The staff have always been lovely with Mum and with us. Nothing is too much trouble and they chat to Mum throughout the visit. We have already recommended Premier Community to other people because we are so impressed. They are also obviously trained to the highest level.

Mum joined Premier Community as a service user in Dec 2025 . Since that time Mum has received 4 visits a day most without fail. The carers who have visited mum have been excellent, they care for mum like one of their own. They have without fail been kind, supportive and caring. Nothing is too much trouble

I cannot speak highly enough of the care received. The agency provided a first class, caring service which is exactly what I was hoping for. All of the carers were very professional and friendly. Always flexible and responsive to any difficulty or emergency that occurred. Great communication throughout. Also, the management were brilliant...available, receptive and flexible. I cannot speak any higher about this company. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

We find the service very reliable with regular contact and updates.

I'm am pleased with the standard of care that my husband receives. All staff are friendly and very attentive. Staff are caring and are always prepared to help with all that needs doing. Asking me if they can help me with anything.

Sarah and all the team were absolutely amazing helping my mum and dad. They went above and beyond and made a tough time a little easier for them. They looked forward to the visits and we're very patient and understanding. Thank you so much, we couldn't recommend you highly enough.

I would highly recommend premier community Swadlincote all of the carers and management team go above and beyond for their service users. When I was a service user at the very start my confidence was very low but thanks to the team my confidence grew and grew over time.

We cannot praise this care company enough. They are always incredibly attentive to Gloria's needs and provide truly personal care. You can genuinely tell that the carers really care about the people they support. There is never any rushing - they always take their time, which makes such a difference. They always go above and beyond what we expect. The office team are so supportive and always happy to give advice whenever we need it, which is reassuring as a family. Everything feels well organised and tailored to changing needs. We really love the app for peace of mind on care times and ensuring someone has been to see her. Overall, such a lovely group of people and absolutely wonderful company. We feel very lucky to have their support.

Find carers helpful, pleasant, know what they are doing, ask if need anything doing. Always good when caring for my wife Mary.

We have been receiving care from Premier since Jan 2026, after mum had a fall. We did have some early issues with communication from carers, but after liaising with management, these were soon addressed. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a reassurance for us, having them visit 4 times a day, to check on mum, as she falls quite frequently.

I do think travelling time should be a must between clients (for unexpected delays). Price increases (not just in the care sector) are always happening but my husband's needs come first. So you have to pay anything. Overall, we're both happy with the service we receive, thank you.

For the past 15 months, Premier Care has been taking care of my uncle, who has dementia. I have been very pleased and confident that he has been receiving the care he needs. From the beginning, the service has been excellent. The carers and office management staff have been professional, friendly, and caring, and they have addressed any issues promptly, often going out of their way to help. Nikita has always been quick to respond, either by phone or email, and carers would call if there were any issues. Most importantly, my uncle has been happy and able to make the most of his time at home before having to move into care.

All the carers are lovely and very professional in the care they provide my father and show care and compassion for my dad's needs and you can have a good chat and a laugh just like one of your family I would definitely recommend Premier community home care to family and friends. We are both very happy to have them attending my father's requirements. There all lovely and so are the ladies in the office if you have to cancel a call for personal reasons.

I am very pleased with the care I am receiving. All the carers are extremely good. I cannot fault them at all.

Since being with Premier I have never felt so safe and dignified. Staff are friendly, kind and trustworthy. Really happy with my care.

I get well looked after most of the time, some time I get a problem.
