Funding & Fees

Daily Charges per Person

  • Hourly Visiting Care Fees: from £32
  • Weekly Live-in Care Fees: £1,700 - £2,200
  • 30 Minute Visiting Care Fees: from £19.90

At Premier Community, we focus on providing competitive pricing while ensuring our staff are fairly compensated. This commitment to integrity is at the heart of our service.

Our hourly visiting care fees include travel costs to and from a fixed address, and any extra mileage incurred for appointments or shopping will be charged separately. It's also worthwhile noting that we currently charge an additional £1 per hour for unsociable hours like weekends and bank holidays.

Our weekly live-in care fees are based on one carer offering between 8 and 12 hours of care per day. For an additional fee, we can offer support from our visiting carers should your needs change or to help cover any overnight support outside of your usual package.

Words cannot express our gratitude for all the carers and admin staff who looked after our mother. The admin staff were professional, caring and were always available to answer any queries we had. Kept us up to date throughout our mother's care.
All of the carers have gone above and beyond when looking after our mother. At a time when we weren't available and left us feeling reassured that she was in good. Indeed she was. They all maintained a caring and empathetic manner at all times. She found them easy to talk to, approachable and felt safe when they visited.
For our mother's care times they were never late, always within the timed parameters.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

My mum has only just started having care after a lot of persuasion. We could not ask for more. Management and staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble.

Provided amazing care and went the extra mile. All who we came into contact with at Premier were amazing, friendly, and considerate. Under difficult times they all pulled together as a team and we could always get hold of someone if needed.

Overall Experience

All of the team members have been great with my dad. It's his first experience needing care and everyone has been respectful and sympathetic as well as keeping things fun and light-hearted, myself and Mum (his wife) have been so grateful for such excellent care.

The girls are wonderful, always pleasant and really look after Mum. Would certainly be lost without them. Some go above and beyond at times. A big thank you, am sure some particular girls will know who they are. Best wishes.

My mum has been a Premier Community service user for the last four years and in this time we have seen the company go from strength to strength.

What has prompted me to write a review after all this time was a recent event that put Mum’s carers to the test and they really did come up trumps! Mum got a serious chest infection and ended up being admitted to hospital. Both before and after her stay in hospital Mum’s carers did an outstanding job going above and beyond expectations. Knowing she was in such capable and trustworthy hands was so reassuring. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the team!

Overall Experience
I have written a review for July, but they have been looking after my dad for much longer.
All of the carers that help him out, as well as all of the staff that work in the office, are absolutely amazing.
I live 300 miles away from my dad, who lives by himself and requires visits three times a day. It gives me so much comfort to know that he is being looked after and looked out for by people who genuinely care about him, they have become like an extended family.
My dad absolutely loves them all and has a really close bond with them.
One example of the extra mile they go is when Dad had to go into hospital recently. It was a rescheduled operation that he had forgotten to tell me the date of. A carer messaged me to tell me when he was going in, the ward he would be on and the contact number, not something she had to do but she did it anyway.

I could not recommend these guys enough, they have been a massive comfort to my dad and myself.

Overall Experience

Premier Community has been coming to care for my wife for a few years now and the staff are so thorough when dealing with her requirements. When I want to find out about help in other areas for example getting a plumber or cleaner I was helped in finding what I needed.
