This is Homecare provided incredible support to my family when we needed it most. The team were reliable, professional, caring and kind. I felt my husband was getting the best care possible during his final weeks. I also appreciated the fact that the number of carers was kept to a minimum so we both
knew who was visiting our home in advance, which was important due to the nature of my husband's illness. They looked after me too, lifting my spirits with humour and kindness. I highly recommend Suliyat and her team.

The preliminary home-based interview clarified our needs. This was followed up by the appointment, again home-based, to meet with the potential carer who it was considered would meet our identified our needs.
The individual was extremely pleasant and willing, arrived promptly and, at the end of
the agreed time, left without her departure being rushed. She worked around my husband's morning routine.
Importantly, I had every confidence in her and went out knowing my husband was in very safe hands.

This is Homecare have been supporting my stepmother by providing a break for her live in carer for the past 7 months. I chose the service because I know and trust the director. The carers have been wonderful, reliable and consistent. This has been really important as my stepmother is very confused
and dependant on having support. It has also been really important to me to able to trust she is safe and well looked, and to be advised of any concerns raised about her welfare. All carers have been kind, caring and patient and able to meet her increasing needs. The service is also very cost effective as a flat rate is charged.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending This is Homecare to anyone considering care at home.

We are so happy with the service provided by This is Homecare. Night-time cares to give me a breakaway. Nothing was too much trouble and the carer appreciated my husband's sense of humour and built on it!
Very fair cost for such caring and compassionate service. I can highly recommend This is
Homecare.

This is the second time using Homecare for my husband, while I took a break.
The service was great for our needs, 24/7 live in care.
We plan to use their service in the future as my husband likes to have continuity and someone he knows.

Excellent reliable and very friendly service. It is exactly what we were looking for and my husband looks forward to the carers coming and is ready for his shower. We chose This is Homecare because it was local and when we met the carers they did actually understand what we wanted. Not having used
carers before we wanted people we could relate to the situation and give me and the family peace of mind knowing they were interested and did care. Thank you.

Cannot recommend this is home enough. We engaged the services of this amazing team in June of this year to provide home visits and personal care for my father each day until he passed away. The kindness, efficiency, compassion and care were exceptional, and my father really appreciated the level of
care provided, but most importantly the fact that he was treated like an old friend. We cannot thank you enough and honestly believe you were angels sent from heaven.
