We are very grateful for the care and kindness shown to my father. The carers are patient, respectful, and always attentive to his needs. We would like the carer to check with us when filling the pill box to ensure my father's medication is correct.

I am so impressed by my helper. When he arrived three or four weeks ago, he gave a wonderful introduction, being both polite and thoughtful. He very quickly learnt what I needed to be done, where items were to be found, and he took great care to do the tasks, washing up, cleaning floors, taking the
kitchen waste to the compost bin.
Before my helper came, I thought I could manage alone, having had a knee replacement. I now realise having a clever helper makes life a bit easier. Thank you HTR Care.

We have used HTR Care for respite care previously & on a regular basis for the care of mother.
The team are responsive & helpful. The carers are also on time, respectful & treat Mum with dignity & kindness. I have no hesitation in recommending them for care.

I recently took home care services for my grandfather through HTR Care, and I can honestly say they are the best care agency in London. From the start, the team was professional, caring, and very responsive to our needs.
The carers who looked after my grandfather were skilled and attentive. They
were also genuinely kind and respectful. They took the time to connect with him, which greatly improved his comfort and wellbeing. Our family felt much better knowing he was in such capable and caring hands.
I highly recommend HTR Care to anyone seeking reliable and quality home care for a loved one. Their service surpassed our expectations in every way.

I was told about HTR Care by a friend of mine who has a carer provided by the company.
My husband, who lives abroad, came on 14/6/25 to the UK. I had already hired a carer for him.
The management is efficient and courteous.
The carer we got is a very kind person who handles my husband with care
and concern.
I have no hesitation recommending HTR Care.

Management have shown care and interest in both my mum and the family. They've ensured training is provided where needed and will be reviewed on completion. Any concerns we have raised have been addressed and never ignored.
The carers are also punctual and friendly.

We opted for HTR Care mainly because we were in need of Nepalese-speaking carers for our grandmother and this has been one of her best decisions for the well-being of our nan. It was a smooth start to their service with a lot of help from the entire team. Very professional carers and good
communication from the team.

We have had 3 full weeks of care in February.
The care manager understood the care needs and made the plan accordingly.
The main carer is very gentle and professional. He has observed, understands my father-in-law and his needs and adapts his care accordingly.
Everyone whom I have dealt with
in HTR have been very professional.
