I was told about HTR Care by a friend of mine who has a carer provided by the company. My husband, who lives abroad, came on 14/6/25 to the UK. I had already hired a carer for him. The management is efficient and courteous. The carer we got is a very kind person who handles my husband with care and concern. I have no hesitation recommending HTR Care.

My grandmother was living with dementia, and our family was looking for a reliable care provider in London. A friend recommended HTR Care, and we've been pleased with the support they provided. The carer was warm, professional, and extremely attentive. She treated my grandmother with kindness and respect, which gave us real peace of mind. Management have shown care and interest in both my mum and the family. They've ensured training is provided where needed and will be reviewed on completion. Any concerns we have raised have been addressed and never ignored. The carers are also punctual and friendly.

It was one of the best decisions we have taken to choose HTR Care and Recruitment Ltd to support my mum. The carers are professional, as are the management. The team keeps visiting us and regularly have conversation on any care reviews. I am really happy with the entire team. Keep up the good work HTR Care team.

We opted for HTR Care mainly because we were in need of Nepalese-speaking carers for our grandmother and this has been one of her best decisions for the well-being of our nan. It was a smooth start to their service with a lot of help from the entire team. Very professional carers and good communication from the team. Would highly recommend it.

We have had 3 full weeks of care in February. The care manager understood the care needs and made the plan accordingly. The main carer is very gentle and professional. He has observed, understands my father-in-law and his needs and adapts his care accordingly. Everyone whom I have dealt with in HTR have been very professional.
