Jenish Giri is the second Company Director, the Financial Manager and in charge of Administration of the company. Over time, Jenish has worked in various roles as the business required as a support worker, administrator, staff coordination, sales & recruitment.
Jenish is now responsible for the overall smooth running of the business along with focussing on the financial aspect of the business. He has a strong understanding of what our clients need and how we can match or exceed those expectations. He is in regular contact with clients ensuring our service levels are as per our expectations and keep up to date with changes within the marketplace and our client’s plans.
Jenish has an MSC in International Business and has completed various mandatory training.
Meena Pradhan is the care co-ordinator as well as the senior field supervisor of the company. After working several years in Health and Social Care over time, Meena has progressed into managing and coordinating all staff rosters, liaising with clients and other professionals to meet their care expectations, and is responsible for ensuring the clients receive the best service. Meena is equipped with Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care Level 5.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Saman possesses extensive knowledge of medication and care. Saman has undergone numerous trainings and gained nearly 3 years of experience in the UK Health and Social Care Industry.
