Rajen qualified as a Registered Nurse in Learning Disability and was registered as a Mental Health Nurse in 2000. Throughout his more than 30 years of career in health and social care, Rajen has worked in NHS hospitals, private hospitals, residential care homes, Forensic hospitals, secure units, rehabilitation hospitals, plus many others. Raj has been enrolled in the Level 5 Health and Social Care Management course.
Rajen has joined the HTR Team to provide a clinical & professional perspective of the direction of the businesses, along with identifying key areas within the Health & Social Care Sector that are currently underperforming and allow us to direct our business accordingly.
Rajen will be responsible for the overall management of the level of service of care being provided, along with carrying out our regular reviews & monitoring checks and providing training to all staff.

Amar has a GNVQ Advanced in Business & Finance and over the last 25 years gained his experience from practical working, working with Company Directors and Senior Management Team in his various roles.
Amar will be responsible for the Company’s operating and complying with GDPR Regulations. He has completed GDPR training and suitably qualified and knowledgeable to perform this role.
Meena Pradhan is care co-ordinator as well as senior field supervisor of the company. After working several years in Health and Social Care over time, Meena has progressed into managing and coordinating all staff rosters, liaising with clients and other professionals to meet their care expectations, and is responsible for ensuring the clients receive the best service. Meena is also completing her Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care Level 5.
Meena has first-hand experience in the requirements and complications in staffing and is extremely well placed to use her experiences to ensure our services run as smoothly as possible.

Jenish Giri is the second Company Director, the Financial Manager and in charge of Administration of the company. Over time, Jenish has worked in various roles as the business required as a support worker, administrator, staff coordination, sales & recruitment.
Jenish is now responsible for the overall smooth running of the business along with focussing on the financial aspect of the business. He has a strong understanding of what our clients need and how we can match or exceed those expectations. He is in regular contact with clients ensuring our service levels are as per our expectations and keep up to date with changes within the marketplace and our client’s plans.
Jenish has an MSC in International Business and has completed various mandatory training.
Sakshi has dedicated the past 11 years to working in health and social care, gaining valuable skills and knowledge across various care settings such as nursing homes, domiciliary care, mental health hospitals, supported living, and more.
