My husband, who lives abroad, came on 14/6/25 to the UK. I had already hired a carer for him.
The management is efficient and courteous.
The carer we got is a very kind person who handles my husband with care

The care manager understood the care needs and made the plan accordingly.
The main carer is very gentle and professional. He has observed, understands my father-in-law and his needs and adapts his care accordingly.

Tanka Bhattarai

Job Title: Director and Nominated Individual

Tanka Bhattarai is the Director with significant control, a nominated individual and a business developer in this business. He has an inborn flair for entrepreneurship with high leadership qualities. He holds a degree in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance.


Tanka had the experience of teaching students from school to college level before he started his career in the health and social care industry 16 years ago, and has made the health and social care profession a passion. Tanka started his career in health and social care and has worked with several leading care provider before setting up HTR.

He set up HTR Care and Recruitment in August 2017. He has since then been running the company successfully. Graduated with a Mathematics Degree and MBA, Tanka has attained QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and Level 5 in Leadership and Management of Residential Child Care. He has completed several care trainings, including Trainer of Moving and Handling and AET.

Rajen Nityanand

Rajen Nityanand Jussun

Rajen Jussun is the registered manager and will contribute to the growth of the business due to his long-term career and connections in the health and social care industry.

Rajen qualified as a Registered Nurse in Learning Disability and was registered as a Mental Health Nurse in 2000. Throughout his more than 30 years of career in health and social care, Rajen has worked in NHS hospitals, private hospitals, residential care homes, Forensic hospitals, secure units, rehabilitation hospitals, plus many others.
