Overall the level of care provided was satisfactory and the care team were very friendly. However, we encountered a couple of issues which, when raised with the Manager, the responses we received made us feel that we were being a nuisance, mum must have been confused or we were lying. The customer
service approach by the manager when dealing with issues leaves a lot to be desired both in her emails and face to face- being both patrionising and defensive. Not the way to run a customer service focused business.

Mum had excellent care, the owner and staff were first class. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional and very good service. Communication was excellent as well if you're out a problem. The Care, as of the service was excellent as well. Would really recommend this service to anyone looking for care for their loved ones or just a friend.

Very happy with all the carers. They interact very well with my relative. They also communicate very well with me and keep me in the loop with my relatives day to day. They clean the house and wash clothes, it really takes a lot off my shoulders and I am at peace of mind that I trust them all
completely.

Cornwall Home Care helped look after my mum who suffered from Parkinsons, an awful disease that robs people of their independence and dignity. The carers were brilliant, allowing mum to keep as much independance as possible and always treating her with kindness and dignity. Mum had a fear of going
into a care home but with the help and support of the carers from Cornwall Home Care we were able to keep her with us at home right to the end.
