I have recently visited my mother in Livingston which involves a 1000 mile round trip from the south coast, which makes it such a comfort to know that my mother is with such caring and competent home care service. Judith runs a very professional ship. During my visit I was fortunate to meet several of mums carers and they were all of a cheerful and caring disposition. It's reassuring to know that mum is always provided with breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Also of course mum's medication is religiously administered. All the carers also ensure that the house is secured after each visit and mum is safe. It is with all this in mind that I am able after every visit I make I am able to get in my car and drive home knowing mum is getting excellent care and that is such a comfort.

Juniva Homecare has been helping to provide support to my elderly Aunt over the past three months. In addition they covered for holiday relief for my Aunt's other care provider. I am very impressed by the high standard of care that my relative has received from Juniva Homecare. They stepped in at relatively short notice and from the outset meeting I was reassured with their friendliness and with their professionalism. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They genuinely care and I appreciate all that is being done to support my Auntie.

My wife now requires care four times per day after she was discharged from hospital on 5th September and it was important to have reliable/capable carers. She had carers previously who could not be relied upon to turn up within the designated time frame and there invariably was a different face and often I would have to clear up after them. Juniva were recommended to me as carers and I have certainly not regretted in having them provide support for my wife. The manager impressed me from the outset and the carers have all been excellent in a professional/capable/friendly way and have always arrived at designated times. They always treat my wife with respect and the carers who attend her have become 'kent' faces. Certainly will continue to have Juniva providing care for her.

The manager was a wonderful carer to my mother. Not only was she warm, caring attentive, she also became, in the most difficult times, a confidante, and a rock that we could lean on. Her support for us continued after mum went into a care home. Truly, we feel blessed to have known her and I would recommend her without hesitation.

Juniva have been providing support to my mum for the last 7 months. The service mum receives is professional, friendly and reliable. From the outset communication with the manager has been excellent. The care staff have been consistent with any new team members introduced to mum by familiar faces before joining her care team. Carers arrive reliably when they should and support mum in a professional, caring and friendly manner. My family have confidence in the service and take comfort from this in supporting mum at home.

We engaged Juniva Homecare services to support mum and they have been brilliant. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly as well as being professional and caring . We as a family are really grateful to Juniva for taking good care of mum.

An excellent service provided by the carer to take care of my elderly mother which gave me peace of mind during a recent holiday break. A friendly caring approach, the carer quickly formed a good working relationship and kept me updated. I would highly recommend her as a carer and look forward to using her services in the future.

The support is truly first class-thoroughly person-centred and delivered with genuine compassion. Her care plan is incredibly detailed, and her key carers follow it meticulously, ensuring she receives exactly the support she needs every day. Since Juniva came into her life, my gran has never looked or felt better-both physically and mentally. Her wellbeing has improved in ways we never imagined possible, and it's all down to the outstanding care and consistency provided by the Juniva team. After Dad suffered two strokes, we needed dependable, compassionate care, and the manager has been nothing short of exceptional. Dad says she is "Top of The Pops!" and also that she's "superb; absolutely perfect" - high praise indeed from someone who can be very exacting and particular in the sorts of ways in which he likes to be treated! The manager has taken time to understand Dad's specific needs and preferences, providing personal care with dignity and respect. From prompting medication, meal preparation, offering to help with showering and shaving (and helping him brush his teeth); such daily visits give peace of mind to the family and what sets the manager apart is her genuine companionship. Dad feels comfortable with her, and their compatibility makes all the difference to his quality of life. As his care needs evolve, we're confident Juniva will continue adapting their support. For anyone seeking personalised, compassionate care at home, I wholeheartedly recommend the manager and her team.

When we looked for new care team for my friend, she was anxious and worried as she doesn't like change. The first meeting was an assessment of her needs with the manager and she was instantly at ease, as the manager took the time to listen and understand her needs. Juniva has now been in place for 3 months and she is so happy with the service and feels in control and involved in the care she receives. Thank you to the manager and team.

Myself and my sister have had complete peace of mind since Juniva has been looking after our mum. Juniva are a warm friendly helpful professional company. They are always in touch with any updates or progress with our mum. They now feel like part of our family and have a lovely relationship with our mum, she really looks forward to her visits. We have seen a big difference in our mum she is much happier and more content after her visits. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We feel very lucky to have found them and can't thank them enough.

The manager and team are very efficient and great at what they do. They get a certain member of staff to care for and cater to all of my mum's needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else who requires personal care services.
