AAA have been caring for my mum at home for the last few years and they have been superb. The communication is excellent, they always respond to texts and calls and we have a group where everyone can put notes on or information which is really helpful. Shamsa the team leader is very responsive and
always deals with my questions or concerns. They have been accommodating in time slots to suit us better and I feel comfortable in contacting them if I have any issues. Would highly recommend.

The care our mum has received from AAA Healthcare Agency has been truly wonderful. The carers who visit her are extremely kind and compassionate, always treating her with respect and dignity. They consistently go the extra mile-supporting Mum both emotionally and practically-and communicate with us
in a timely and thoughtful way.
The manager, who coordinates the team, does an outstanding job. She is highly organised, flexible, and deeply compassionate. Under her care, both Mum's practical and emotional needs are met, and Mum has complete trust in the team. As we live abroad, this gives us immense peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and caring hands.
We are so grateful to everyone at AAA Healthcare Agency for the difference they make every day.

After my Father passing away in March of 2023, this agency began providing care for my Mother shortly after. Absolutely phenomenal service all round since the past 2 years. I can honestly say, the care provided has been a lifeline for my mother, who just loves the care that is provided. I don't
think I know anyone who works as hard as the manager, she puts thought and extreme effort into everything, she very quickly resolves anything that may not be working (a very rare occurance) as part of the care package and is one of the most thoughtful and caring people my mother and me have come across. She works round the clock, don't know how she manages it, bless her. She provides us with a service with advanced level empathy like no other, and we have witnessed how supportive she is to her employees, providing them with a very detailed and extensive training experience. This is then evident in the care provided to us. Cannot thank her enough, she is an asset to the company

I can honestly say that anything I asked this company to do for my father it was done, my dad wasn't the easiest due to dementia but they never wavered and continuously did there upmost to make sure he was safe and well nothing was to much to ask for.

AAA carers have looked after my husband since September 2023. In the time since then, I have been delighted and proud to have such kind, respectable carers looking after him. I have said this many times that we genuinely feel now we belong to a whole new very caring family. The manager, always
answers the phone promptly (she must work 24 hours) and always accommodates any problems that arise here with my husband. If I need a sitter at the last minute, she always comes up trumps. All the carers are lovely, respectful and always kind. Sometimes it can be very messy for them. Sometimes, he has diarrhoea and they always do a good job washing him. I am happy to say "Well Done" to you all, and I have no hesitation in recommending AAA (and I do) to anyone who asks who cares for him.

Staff are reliable and carry out all tasks asked of them. Management reacts quickly to any issues and resolves them. A routine is now in place and consistency with familiar staff which is helpful.

AAA began caring for our mother in September 2023. From the outset, we were struck by the deep respect shown by the carers and the fact that this was consistent across the whole team. The carers worked well together, for example, making sure everyone knew how the washing machine worked best.
Communication with the family was excellent. We were touched by the level of care for us, as a family. 'In-the-moment' photos of our mum on her birthday when we couldn't be there and reassuring texts gave us confidence that she was in safe hands. The manager and the team have been a joy to work with. Thank you.

My father has been supported at home by this agency for quite a while now and they have been great. He gets the same carers every day which makes it more dignified for him and a lot easier for him to accept the care he needs. We have had several instances where we have needed to ask for extra
support due to my mother being taken into hospital and this has been sorted out quickly at short notice. There is always someone available to speak to which is very much appreciated by us as a family. The care my father has received has been excellent and his carers are very friendly and polite.

I have great pleasure in compiling a review for the wonderful AAA home care here in Blackburn. The team manager and the carers who deliver care to my very elderly mother are truly outstanding. Everything from personal care, helping around the house, making meals and on occasions someone just to talk
to makes my mum's life so much better. Something that assures me and my mum is the fact that the answer is always "Yes now what's the question" Nothing is too much trouble for them. Over the past few weeks, we have needed extra and emergency visits and the manager has arranged this seamlessly for us. I was with Mum this morning and she was telling me that she had the opportunity to refer AAA to another elderly friend. Detailing how we have absolute confidence in the service. Personally, I had a chance to speak about AAA to the social workers at Preston Town Hall and said that if any of them ever needed carers I would highly recommend AAA for a 5-star service.
