We joined my home care cambs in July for carers for our mum who was very unwell and very forgetful, me and my brother both live in London and have used this company for nearly 6 months . We have had no issues at all they had the language speaking carers who provided personal care and domestic care
for mum. The house was always clean and mum was immaculate. The manager supported us through the last few days of mum's life, she is a amazing individual who deserves credit for what she has and what she continues to do for others.real credit to do company for good rates of care in comparison to other companies that we looked at. The best decision made ever.

We have joined this company for 3 months and I can not thank the carers and managers in this company for all there hard work and help they have given my mum. She is 79 and has severe medical problems but how this company manages her care is absolutely excellent. I will recommend this company to
anyone looking for care for there old parents with medical problems.the carers come in 4 times and night time we have full trust in them.

We have used my Homecare for 5 weeks now and can not thank the carers and the management on how they have supported my mum as she is end of life. She is currently in need of palliative care.the way my Homecare has supported mum is just amazing, so kind caring and responsive of all her needs and
respect us as a family.the carer speak Urdu which really helps mum as mum is so comfortable with her.my Homecare should be very very proud of the team that they have . The manager is just absolutely amazing so experienced and patient and goes out of her way for people and delivers what she say.

We joined this company in February 2025 as a temporary thing but we have continued with this service as my grandma loves her carers, they are so polite, professional and caring. We have developed such a professional relationship with both management and care staff always willing to be prepared to
handle the worst situation possible. All staff are fully dbs checked and trained.really good value for money as I looked around and other companies I found expensive.

We know that the company will provide the very best care that they can and has our Mum's best interests at heart. We can contact them at any time about anything, however small, and always get prompt replies that answer the query to our complete satisfaction. Mum is treated as a person, not a number,
her wishes are always respected and her needs met. The company knows that Mum's home is her castle and understand how she likes things to be done. The carers are familiar faces so she knows who will be visiting. In the real world, there are sometimes unavoidable delays - we have had recent long term road works - but the company always let Mum or myself know if the carer will be a few minutes late which is important to Mum's peace of mind. The communication between the company, Mum and myself is very good, based on honesty and trust. I have every faith that the management team will go above and beyond their responsibility to ensure Mum receives the very best they can provide.

I am so happy with my homecare cambs I started using them in November last year , i am a disabled man with multiple illnesses,the staff are so kind and caring and go out of there way to lookafter me.the management team is brilliant,responsive, caring and very understanding of my needs.They go above
board to help and are much more cost effective than other companies that I looked at.

Excellent service from My Homecare, they look after my mother who is extremely unwell. The carers are fully trained and professional and go out of their way to help our family. The carers can speak our language so when they deliver the care for Mum she is very comfortable with them. Highly

I have been with My Homecare Cambs for 6 months and am so happy with this company carers and management are very helpful and caring. They listen to you as a client and put you in the centre of your own care. I would recommend this company to you and everyone else in the local area.

My experience with My Homecare is excellent In every way. My husband is well taken care of. The carers are great and managed by a very experienced lady. She goes above and beyond to help us and shows so much compassion and kindness. I would definitely recommend My Homecare to anyone who needs care.

This company is a very good care company with professional carers who are fully trained. They look after my grandma who has dementia. The carers go out of their way to help us as a family. The management is excellent and continuously keeps us updated with everything to do with care around my
grandma. They are honest and trustworthy.

We have been with My Homecare for a few months. We are very pleased with the service and the care manager. My mother has advanced Alzheimer's so it is very comforting to know that the care manager and the carer know how to deal with her. We would highly recommend this service.

I cannot recommend My Homecare highly enough! They have been taking care of my grandmother, and their service has been exceptional. The carers are incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive. They genuinely care about her wellbeing, ensuring she is comfortable and happy at all times.
The
manager is particularly supportive, always available to address any concerns or questions we might have. Their communication is excellent, keeping us informed and involved in my grandmother's care.
It's such a relief to know that my grandmother is in such capable and caring hands. My Homecare has truly made a positive difference in our lives, and we are deeply grateful for their outstanding service.
