The staff are very kind and caring, everyone has time to listen and talk to you, they work to a very high standard no matter what their task is. Nothing is to much trouble, they are there to help you and that is exactly what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you

Fantastic service, I was happy that someone was watching my Mum through the night as I slept upstairs. Got on well with both of the people especially Anna who got a train from Canterbury and so I felt so bad for her. I dropped her off at the station and picked her up the next night and dropped her
off in the morning. So I thank you for all your help and support

I would like to share my sincere gratitude to Dominion Logic Services and their wonderful team for the exceptional care they provide to my husband, who is living with dementia. From the very beginning, I have been touched by the compassion, patience, and respect shown by every carer who visits our
home. They treat my husband with dignity and gentleness, always taking the time to understand his needs and to support him as an individual. Their presence brings comfort and reassurance not only to him, but to me as well. Knowing he is in safe, caring hands gives me peace of mind that cannot be measured. The work they do is not just care - it is kindness, humanity, and dedication at its best. We are truly grateful for everything they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dominion Logic Services to any family.

We were very pleased with the care and compassion of your companion service that we have used for the past 2 weeks. Everyone is happy and smiling when coming and sit with my mum. Would recommend this company to others. Thank you and will remember you when require more in the future and happily use

Myself and my family found the carers, caring, kind, friendly, punctual and went above and beyond not just for my mum but also for us. They honestly were lifesavers when time was so tough! We want to thank them all who came from the bottom of our hearts.

The carers were amazing with Nan while she needed temporary assistance to get back on her feet after a short illness. They offered her the help and support that she desperately needed. The carers were professional, hard working, kind and compassionate. Should Nan be in need of their services
again, we will have no hesitation in calling them for assistance.The carers and the people on the phone were all brilliant, taking the time to make sure the care put in place was also the right package for Nan also. Thank you Dominion Logic Services.

The carer is very hardworking and thorough. He is very good at helping me with cleaning very difficult spaces and choosing the order in which to clean. And helping me move heavy furniture around, I wouldn't have been able to myself. And it's only the second day he's been in.

The carer came to visit and sit with my Dad who is currently on the end of life pathway. He has the loveliest manner and Dad, although very unwell and very weak, visibly cheered up when he saw the carer. The carer is calm, cheerful and has the best bedside manner. He has a lot of patience with a
grumpy unwell old man. It was an absolute pleasure having the carer round for the few hours he was there.

The carer is a really lovely guy and he really gets along with my husband thank you very much he sits with my husband and he listens to all my husbands stories he is a real nice guy and he is welcome anytime.

The carer is very positive and a very fun person to be around. The carer brings happiness with him whenever he comes to help. We are extremely happy with his service and cannot thank him enough. My dad is grateful for him being around and helping us.

Very kind, caring members of staff who always treat my dad with dignity and respect. Every carer has been extremely friendly.Management are very approachable and are also friendly and accommodating. Great communication and will always call back if unable to speak the first time of calling.

My mum was very anxious about leaving hospital and returning home but the care provided by the carer was second to none and really put her at ease. The carer was extremely kind and considerate and helped my mum feel at home.

In my oppinion the company is highly professional.
My wife and I were desperate for, medical reasons, urgent assistance. I must say at this point that Parkinson's UK were more than helpful in organising matters from our point of view.
The care provider were more than easy to work with and the
standard of care could not have been higher.

We had an extremely positive experience with Dominion. The office communicated clearly with us both from the outset, and during the period of care, and the staff who attended our home were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional.
