Initially, there was a lack of confidence with a certain staff member; however, the situation has now been resolved, and I am very happy with my carers.
On occasion, there has been a lack of staff to cover my care shift.

Now Dad has got settled with his personal carer(s) he is very happy with the service from Fellside.
The app works well and keeps me up to date with everything.

As a daughter and her son we needed external help with our mum who had Alzheimer and blindness. We can honestly say that we have never experienced a more professional and caring company. From the first visit our mum bonded with them all straight away and looked forward to their visits. The level of
care was outstanding and we would highly recommend them.

I found Fellside Home care wonderful when my Mum was put on end of life care at home. They were friendly , helpful compassionate, and caring. Not only to my Mum but to me too. Nothing was to much trouble. They gave me advice from experience which helped Mum get the best care possible.
They spent
extra time when required to take Mum out when I had to work.
They spent time talking and getting to know her, and we never felt like time was a problem or they were rushing.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone that requires home care.
When Mum passed away they were so kind and available on the phone at a late hour. They even attended her funeral. Thank you Fellside Home care.

The two lady carers who look after my mum were present when an ambulance had to be called and were very helpful in passing on medication details and information to the paramedics. They remained there till she went to the hospital and were very professional and kind also taking care of dad while this
was going on. Also, the office has checked up on how mum was to see if she was alright.

We are very impressed with Fellside Homecare. When we initially made contact they came to meet me and did a thorough assessment of my needs. They introduced each member of the team that would be caring for me in advance. The team is small and confident which means I get to know them well and them
me. I feel my needs are taken seriously. Communication with the office is excellent and I am very happy with my care.

A fantastic care team go above and beyond nothing is too much trouble. The care given to my mum was fantastic and of a high standard and treated her with dignity and respect but was also always up for a chat and a laugh with mum which she really enjoyed the office staff were always at the end of the
phone if we needed anything. Thank you

The care staff are both friendly and kind. They provide excellent care that has improved my quality of life relieving my family from care duties. I would recommend this service to anyone.

My wife is been looked after by the team and wat a fantastic team they are nothing too much trouble and every one of them goes that extra mile I'm very satisfied with Fellside they are excellent we couldn't wish for better. They make my wife and me smile and make us very happy we feel we are one big
family and nothing is too much trouble

Excellent service. Take the time to check I'm comfortable and ok. Very conscientious about my medication and always check it's 100% correct. Always in contact to make sure everything is ok. They are always at the end of the phone for any queries we may have.

Always aware when I am having a rubbish day. Like to have a chat about my family which always puts a smile on my face. So far so good.

Amazing. Brilliant mum is treated as one of their family. Couldn't meet a nicer couple of ladies. Really look forward to their visits. Wish we knew about them sooner. Nothing is ever too much for them.
