I am very pleased with the care that I receive from each of the carers in the Liberty Care at Home team. All are very friendly and considerate. Both of the owners of the company regularly participate in calls (visits) and they are very approachable wrt any of my suggestions for changes to timing of calls and/or tasks required to be carried out. They communicate well wrt any planned changes to normal call times etc. Because the company is owned and run by two individuals who live on the IW, there is NO ISSUE with having to report to any large group based on the mainland.

Very professional, nothing was too much trouble. Maxine and Jane were always available for advice. Care staff were all very friendly. Liberty care provide a full care package including cleaning up, making breakfast and lunch + drinks. I always felt that Liberty Care had my mother's best interests in mind.

Very happy with everybody,would recomend to anyone who needs assistance in the home.lt is handy to have the app to see whats happening on the visits,and also who is due in over the next few days.Very pleased.

Very impressed with all aspects of the care Liberycare provide. It gives me great reassurance when I see the directors of the company actively involved in my husband's personal care alongside their staff. That is exemplary practice to my mind. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can highly recommend Liberty Care at Home. The initial assessment on needs was thorough, professional and friendly. The agreed care delivery was always on time, the team according to my Mum very friendly and helpful. The management team have been very approachable and flexible when it comes to arranging specific items for a visit.

Without your help they would not been able to stay at home for as long as they have, and for us the much needed support. The care and support we have received as a family from Liberty Care at Home has been exceptional. Each member of staff is professional and dedicated to their role. They have come into our home with smiles everyday and never fail to lift our spirits! I would recommend this company to any family who feel they need care at home.

Very friendly and professional carers. They use an app to record each visit which can be viewed if required by the family when provided with a password. Punctual, thorough, efficient and easygoing. A really good experience where it's possible to look forward to each visit.

A friend recommended Liberty to us and their care is second to none. They are very professional and caring and my husband is very happy and always punctual. We would recommend them, we know if we needed them they would be there.
