Since being with this agency, I have had excellent treatment from my carer and the care manager. In the past, I recieved care from agencies the council would sign me up to. The care was so bad that I decided to employ an agency privately. At Christmas, I was in hospital for three weeks and my carer brought in some catheters that I had to use. Carers like this are worth their weight in gold.

My experience with Lyriq Healthcare has been very helpful. Their carers are very professional and caring, and the management team are excellent, always there to answer any concerns quickly about my mums care.
