We used Walfinch St Albans Homecare when my mother needed care at home. They were extremely professional at all times, displaying kindness and caring through a very stressful situation. They were reliable, flexible and helpful, I would thoroughly recommend them

Excellent care for my mum from the team. Mum needed live-in care at short notice after an illness, and the team arranged this very promptly and the carers who stayed with mum were all great.

I am a carer for my mum and have used Walfinch for short term cover when I have had to be away for a few days.
It has been really easy to arrange and they have been able to provide a single carer for all of the daily visits, which has been great for my mum. When using other care companies
previously, it seemed to be a different carer almost every visit meaning they never knew where to find things and never got used to mum's routine.
A specific member of staff has been great with both of my parents and quickly picked up on my mum's routines and requirements. We hope she will be able to covers any future respite breaks as well.

Geting to know how walfinch work, some problems setting up the new document and the DD payments, and the app, is very hard to use,.

The Wallfinch carer was excellent in the care that she gave my wife towards the end of her life. She was always punctual, professional and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I wish the service could have continued but unfortunately my wife was admitted to a hospice.

Walfinch have been absolutely excellent in caring for my Mother. They have been extremely professional at all times, treating her with kindness, patience and with the utmost dignity. Worth a special mention are two specific staff members who have been wonderful. I would recommend the company

Walfinch St Albans have provided an excelled service of care for my husband who has Parkinson's and dementia. The carers are always punctual, polite, professional and really helpful. The management are well organised and nothing is too much trouble.
