View Full Details of Helping Hands Home Care (Topsham)Helping Hands have been incredible since the beginning with their care for Mum and Dad. We can't fault anything. Very pleased with all of the carers and the support and communication they give.
Brilliant service. Lovely girls are always happy and pleasant.
My carers are wonderful.
I find all carers very supportive, encouraging and helpful, especially my regular carers. Any queries are quickly and sensitively answered by office staff. Very impressed that all office staff also do caring duties when necessary.
A very good service provided to help us look after my dad. They are reliable and always visit as scheduled. The service provided is flexible and able to be up-scaled if we are away on holiday, etc.
Lovely carers (especially Sharon) go above and beyond. Carers help with washing, breakfast and prompting medication. Some will empty bins and do washing, mum (and I) would be lost without them.
Helping Hands have helped my recovery. Especially with walking and cleaning. Nothing too much trouble.
Pleased with the care I get. Will always say if I am not pleased.
We have regular care mainly with one person who knows my wife well. She is excellent. The other 'occasional' carers are also excellent and also know her well. We are extremely happy with the provision we get.
The carers are dedicated to help clients to feel cared for. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff is very kind and they always do their best to accommodate the right carer for your needs, physical or emotional—many thanks.
We are all still very happy with the services being provided to my Mums support. The ladies are now bonding with Mum and she appreciates the care and company they provide for her. Let's now hope that my Mum has stabilised to a point where she can remain in her home for years to come.
I am very happy with all my carers and they are very supportive, excellent service.
All so friendly service, helpful, happy.
Excellent service from the first call to assessment and then provision of care. Everyone was professional and helpful. Care was arranged swiftly. The carer was kind and supportive and helped with a difficult transition home from hospital.
Excellent help and meeting my very limited needs. I have never, in the 7 years of looking after my wife (stroke recovery), had to advise or complain. I am very grateful for all the help we have received.
Great service. Easy to contact. Carers extremely caring.
Have found everything satisfactory except for one instance, which has been sorted. Happy with the service.
The Helping Hands Carers treat my father with dignity and respect. They engage him in conversation & enable him to get ready for the day. They are all so friendly & helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.
I am very happy with the carers (my regular carers). God bless them all, they work hard and do a good job. Thank you.
The girls who come are all splendid and we get on famously.
