I have nothing but praise for the Goodoaks team. We met with 5 care providers before choosing Goodoaks to support my mum with hourly visits. They impressed from the beginning and lived up to those high standards. They were incredibly flexible working hard to accommodate our specific needs, the care coordinator was excellent at pulling everything together, communication was great with rapid responses, admin was faultless and the carers first class. The carers excelled at person centred care and while professional they developed warm relationships with mum - you couldn't ask for more. It is reassuring to know that good quality care is out there! Thank you to all the team for taking such good care of mum.

First Class Staff and response . Would recomend to anyone needing a Provision of care. Realistic prices and great back up service if your circumstances change The management take care to use staff most approriate.carers to suit the clients needs.

Since August 2025, my dad has been receiving great care, and it has made a world of difference to both him and our family. We were fortunate to follow one of his previous carers, someone he had built a strong rapport with, to this new care home provider. That decision has proven to be one of the best we could have made. The consistency, attention, and kindness he has experienced since then have given him a renewed sense of comfort. The new members of staff have taken the time to get to know him as a person, not just a patient, and that level of attention is something we deeply value. It's clear that he feels he's being listened to and genuinely cared for. Seeing him happy (when it suits him!) but settled gives us peace of mind, and we're grateful for the professional team who support him each day.

My experience, so far is satisfactory. The carers are cheerful. Kindly and willing to help in any way. Whether it is showering or light household duties. Whoever has visited here I have liked & felt comfortable with.

I first had support from Good Oaks in Dec 2024. They were a very new company then, but the support I received at home was exceptional. I am now relying on Good Oaks support again. The company is deservedly much busier and has grown considerably. I am delighted to say that this has made no difference to the quality of the care they offer. Their mission statement includes that they intend to provide the kind of care they would want their own families to have and I'm pleased to say that they have maintained this level of care even with the expansion of the company. The assessment team make a thorough assessment of the needs of the client and inspect the living spaces. They are friendly and professional and clearly enjoy what they do which inspires confidence. The carers are delightful people, and 'carer' is the most apt expression for the care they provide. They are gentle, thoughtful and well-trained. I recommend this company most highly.

The assessors were both professional and understanding and put a comprehensive care plan in place. They were able to adjust the package as necessary. The carers were professional, understanding, caring, and sympathetic. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service provided.

Only needed to use them a few times. The initial meeting at my home was professional and courteous. Carers arrived on time and complied with my requests for the person they were sitting with. I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary, or to recommend the agency.

A very professional and friendly company. They maintain regular contact with myself to ensure that my mum receives the best care. The carers are also lovely people who go above and beyond in their duties.

A truly fantastic service from the manager and her team !! Emergency full day 15 hour care arranged for my mother with her two carers. All arranged in 24 hours to cover the one day absence of her full time Live in Carer. They actually stayed the entire 15 hours together and my Mum enjoyed companionship, kind and compassionate care and all her needs were attended to. I have no hesitation in recommending Good Oaks Homecare and will definitely use them again should a similar need arise. A very good service!!

After applying for the 2.5 hours my mum was entitled to via the government and being told "no resources no budget" I started to look at private companies to help support my mother and her diagnosis of early dementia. I came across GoodOaks Woodford Green via an internet search and have been blown away by the sensitivity, understanding and care/service they provide. From the initial call I made to the start of the visits, the whole process has been seamless! Services can be tailored and flexible to meet individual client needs. My mother now looks forward to seeing her carers and has formed a wonderful relationship with them. This not only provides respite for myself but enriches her life and provides much needed support that she requires. Highly recommended with professionals that not only understand the needs of the client but actively work with them to get the best out of it, simply fantastic!

I was introduced to GoodOaks following surgery at the Nuffield . I was extremely happy with the team and whole process was really easy. The carer was excellent always on time and a real help in the hope when my mobility was limited. Their service was invaluable.

I had several weeks of the most amazing care from Good Oaks following complete knee replacement surgery in January 2025. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The 3 carers I had on a regular basis were unbelievably kind, professional, gentle, and experienced in post-operation care. Their hygiene, attention to my needs, and initiative in seeing and doing domestic chores without being asked was amazing. Each carer had qualifications above and beyond my requirements. Those whose first language was not English spoke perfect English and were clear and concise and understood all my requirements. The company is flexible in providing the best care required for individual needs and a pre-assessment of my home and facilities was undertaken at the managerial level by charming yet professional staff. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company for the care of loved ones - indeed loved ones could not have done better.
