We used goodoaks home care for short term help for my mother whilst she was recovering from a hip replacement and had moved home. Great service the girls were lovely very helpful, really helped mum on the way to recovery. Would definitely use again.

Truly fantastic care from GoodOaks. From the administrators to the care pros, all were professional, empathetic, warmhearted and caring. The super supportive visits helped to make my mother's final months comfortable and gave her confidence. More than carers, they became trusted friends. I have nothing but praise for the Goodoaks team. We met with 5 care providers before choosing Goodoaks to support my mum with hourly visits. They impressed from the beginning and lived up to those high standards. They were incredibly flexible working hard to accommodate our specific needs, the care coordinator was excellent at pulling everything together, communication was great with rapid responses, admin was faultless and the carers first class. The carers excelled at person centred care and while professional they developed warm relationships with mum - you couldn't ask for more. It is reassuring to know that good quality care is out there! I first had support from Good Oaks in Dec 2024. They were a very new company then, but the support I received at home was exceptional. I am now relying on Good Oaks support again. The company is deservedly much busier and has grown considerably. I am delighted to say that this has made no difference to the quality of the care they offer. Their mission statement includes that they intend to provide the kind of care they would want their own families to have and I'm pleased to say that they have maintained this level of care even with the expansion of the company. The assessment team make a thorough assessment of the needs of the client and inspect the living spaces. They are friendly and professional and clearly enjoy what they do which inspires confidence. The carers are delightful people, and 'carer' is the most apt expression for the care they provide. They are gentle, thoughtful and well-trained. I recommend this company most highly.
