Over the years, I’ve progressed through a variety of roles within the care sector, starting as a Carer and advancing to Senior Carer, Care Coordinator, and ultimately serving more than six years as a CQC-registered care Manager. Each step has deepened my understanding of quality care, strengthened my leadership skills, and reinforced my commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
As someone who has personally navigated the emotional and practical challenges of finding quality care for a loved one, I understand how important it is to feel confident and supported in those decisions. That experience inspired me to be part of the solution—ensuring others receive the care, dignity, and respect they deserve.

I began my career in Health and Social Care later in life, following a successful career in the retail sector. Eight years ago, I decided it was time for a change — and I only wish I had made the move sooner. I started as a Care Professional and progressed to the role of Care Coordinator/Scheduler.
