We had a few hiccups to begin with, but improving as the staff get to know Mums needs, and how she likes things doing. The staff are polite & punctual.

Bluebird staff and carers are always friendly, polite and and willing to help even with issues outside of their contracted services.You can always turn to them for help if a probandlem arises and they will assist you.

My mum has recently started to have a daily visit from a carer with Bluebird. She has been very complementary of the ladies who call to see her and has been very happy to see them. I was worried at first if mum would accept the carers but she is really enjoying their company which has put my mind at
rest. The carers are always on time which is important for my mum so I'm very pleased with the care provided.

can honestly say that Bluebird Care Oldham have given me my life back. Before they started caring for my gran, I was constantly worrying - taking time off work, missing out on family moments, and feeling completely drained trying to juggle everything.
At one point, the only option I was faced with
was a care home. I'd promised my gran that she would never have to go into a home and that she could stay in her own house for as long as she was safe. Bluebird Care have made that possible.
They deliver care with such kindness, dignity, and respect they don't just do their job, they truly care. They go above and beyond every single day, keeping us informed without ever being intrusive.
They've taken away so much of the stress by managing hospital appointments, sorting medication, and dealing directly with doctors.
Most importantly, they've given my gran her independence and confidence back, and brought happiness back into her life. For me and my family, it feels like a huge weight has

The director and his team have offered outstanding support to my dad while he is adapting to life with dementia. As all of dad's family are living overseas it has been invaluable to have someone in the UK who i can trust to support dad and keep us up to date on his care and needs. The director and
his team have gone above and beyond to ensure they are supporting the complex needs and they have always been ready to change plans at the last minute to accommodate the evolving situation as dad's needs change. I highly recommend them.

As a daughter living overseas from her dad, we can't thank the Bluebird Oldham team enough for the care and support they are providing. They have been extremely reliable, patient and understanding. Dad's circumstances are complex and knowing that dad is receiving support is extremely reassuring.

The young lady who comes into my home on Fridays from bluebird services has changed my everyday life.
I have struggled for years and have been too proud to ask for help.
I could not wish to have someone so helpful, polite, caring and kind as the lady who comes into my home.
I now enjoy sitting in
my home and being able to relax and not have to worry or try and attempt tasks that are too difficult for me to do.
I have clean bedding and clothes ready to use and my kitchen is so wonderfully clean now
I can't begin to thank her and bluebird for everything they are doing for me, they have taken away the worry and stress of living at home.
I now consider the lady a friend and all the staff at bluebird.
What they do is amazing and so appreciated by myself.

I can't begin to convey my immense gratitude for the care given to my Grandfather and how this, in turn has impacted upon the health and wellbeing of our wider family. Having moved away from the area nearly 2 years ago my main concern was that I was leaving the care of my Grandad solely in the hands
of my Mum. Over recent months it has became apparent that he needed care of a more professional nature.
The team at Bluebird have been exceptional in their dedication and care. It has been a great relief to us as a family to know that he has quickly accepted them into his home, a huge hurdle we have had to get over as he was at first adamant he didn't need external care. He now looks forward to his "visits from my friends" which, in itself proves how brilliant they must be.
The term 'worth their weight in gold' is sometimes overused - but here it most definitely isn't, and I (on behalf of the rest of the family and my Mum) thank them wholeheartedly for all that they do.

Working in the nhs I have many stories of care agencies - most not favourable!
From the moment I spoke to the manager to the daily care my mum is still receiving I can say nothing bad. The communication with us about my mums care and my mum's experience with the 3 carers so far is exemplary! Such
personable, compassionate whilst remaining professional care - amazing!
I would definitely recommend!
Oh that my patients could all receive that level of care!

I can't thank one member of staff and the team at Bluebird Care Oldham enough for their kindness and support after my hip operation. I felt a bit daft asking for help since it was only short-term, but they reassured me straight away and made me feel completely at ease. They genuinely cared, went the
extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, and made my recovery so much easier. In fact, because of my ongoing medical conditions and disabilities, I've decided to keep my care sessions going,and I wouldn't have it any other way. If you need care, even for a short time, I highly recommend them,absolutely fantastic team!

The team have provided my mother with an excellent care service that my mum describes as 'brilliant'. They have taken the time to get to know her and provide her with support and companionship that goes above and beyond. I've no hesitation in recommending them.
