I am very satisfied with the service I receive to help me look after my friend I only have to ring them and my problems can be solved. Quickly and efficiently. They care for us both.

I sought assistance from Bluebird Care to support me with caring for my mum who had become house bound. Whilst Mum was initially very reluctant and didn't welcome the idea, it was the best decision I made. I found the help very beneficial and Mum really liked all of the carers that she met and really enjoyed the chats they had. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who needs a bit of help or support, they really do make a difference.

We had a few hiccups to begin with, but improving as the staff get to know Mums needs, and how she likes things doing. The staff are polite & punctual.

Bluebird staff and carers are always friendly, polite and and willing to help even with issues outside of their contracted services.You can always turn to them for help if a probandlem arises and they will assist you.

My mum has recently started to have a daily visit from a carer with Bluebird. She has been very complementary of the ladies who call to see her and has been very happy to see them. I was worried at first if mum would accept the carers but she is really enjoying their company which has put my mind at rest. The carers are always on time which is important for my mum so I'm very pleased with the care provided.

can honestly say that Bluebird Care Oldham have given me my life back. Before they started caring for my gran, I was constantly worrying - taking time off work, missing out on family moments, and feeling completely drained trying to juggle everything.

The director and his team have offered outstanding support to my dad while he is adapting to life with dementia. As all of dad's family are living overseas it has been invaluable to have someone in the UK who i can trust to support dad and keep us up to date on his care and needs. The director and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure they are supporting the complex needs and they have always been ready to change plans at the last minute to accommodate the evolving situation as dad's needs change. I highly recommend them.

As a daughter living overseas from her dad, we can't thank the Bluebird Oldham team enough for the care and support they are providing. They have been extremely reliable, patient and understanding. The term 'worth their weight in gold' is sometimes overused - but here it most definitely isn't, and I (on behalf of the rest of the family and my Mum) thank them wholeheartedly for all that they do.

I can't thank one member of staff and the team at Bluebird Care Oldham enough for their kindness and support after my hip operation. I felt a bit daft asking for help since it was only short-term, but they reassured me straight away and made me feel completely at ease. They genuinely cared, went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, and made my recovery so much easier. In fact, because of my ongoing medical conditions and disabilities, I've decided to keep my care sessions going,and I wouldn't have it any other way. If you need care, even for a short time, I highly recommend them,absolutely fantastic team!
