Our previous live-in care agency constantly switched carers, and my dad never knew who was coming next. It was stressful for him, especially as he has dementia, and we were always worried about a lack of consistency. Since switching, we've had the same two carers, who alternate shifts, and it's made
a world of difference. My dad has built a real bond with them, and we no longer deal with last-minute changes or cancellations. The peace of mind this service has given us is priceless.

When I initially reached out to Tier One Care, I was apprehensive about how they would be able to find a good fit for my dad and his need for around-the-clock care. Two staff members in particular were very kind and listened to everything that I needed. They paired us with a carer, who has been
phenomenal. It's clear the whole team genuinely cares about their clients.

The care and attention that the manager showed during the initial assessment were so reassuring. She listened to my mother's needs perfectly, and within 24 hours, we were matched up with a staff member who is now her live-in carer. The care has been exceptional; my mother is happier, more active,
and feels safe in her own home. I would highly recommend Tier One Care for their professionalism and personal touch.
