View Full Details of Reliance Community Care Ltd BradfordMy dear husband was so well looked after by his lovely, dedicated team of carers. They also made sure that I was alright as well. Having a team who sincerely cared for all of us as a family during our difficult time made all the difference. There is comfort knowing the carers who so professionally and dignified looked after my husband, looked after him from their hearts.
The staff at reliance are very nice and good with my dad they are very punctual with time we have no issues with the team they are very helpful with any inquiries you have ! Thanks to the team and management I 100% recommend the care company 9
We are on the whole very pleased with the care given. The cares are very polite, genuine ladies and treat my mum with the utmost respect and dignity. The only fault we can find is that there appears to be a lack of communication between the various bodies that look after her ie. OT - District Nurse. The is has led to delays in being allowed to use equipment provided as the carers were not given permission (hoist) my mum who has been bed ridden since January 2025 and has been out of bed three times at the most.
The carers are polite, respectful and engaging with him. They ensure he is well and will help in any way to make him comfortable. They treat him as a friend and make him laugh. Overall no complaints and could not ask for more.
My brother has been fed by staff from Reliance since he returned from hospital unable to feed himself. I have been impressed by the patience and sensitivity the staff continuously show my brother but mostly, it's the extra things they do for him beyond their remit that is particularly remarkable. As his speech has deteriorated, it has become very difficult for him to convey his wishes and often he is upset and frustrated with his inability to communicate. Several times I have received a phone call from his carer who, upon realising that my brother is more able than usual to speak, has passed his phone to my brother enabling him to share his wishes whilst he momentarily has regained his speech. This is typical of the thoughtfulness and kindness routinely demonstrated.
The care team have gone over and above expectations regarding care for my mother up to a hospital admission and after discharge. The carers are dedicated and care managers always ready to deal with any requests at any time. We are always updated with any issues and health concerns are followed up with a call to 911 or the GP.
I would like to say that, as a younger client, who didn't know what to expect, these incredible ladies are amazing. My experience with them is extremely positive. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. I highly recommend Reliance Community Care, if you are looking for a company to use, these ladies are the best. Very professional, very caring and do their job to the highest of standards. Very happy client.
