The carers are always very polite, on time, and very helpful. They always take an interest in the care of the clients and are positive in their outlook.

Brinda and Ruth are very good and take very good care of Tania. They give very much love to Tania and are very flexible. Diviya also always respons quickly.

In general, the care provided to Isabella has been good. The carers provide and cater to Isabella's needs very well. Mariam, Grace and Comfort have been good to her aswell as Saidat, Sheepa and Amy, but in particular Grace, Comfort and Mariam. The care provided by Verity Health Centre has been good.

When humanism and professionalism are used simultaneously by a carer improvements can be seen in the client. Therefore, both my daughter and I can only thank the Verity Agency and the carer for the great support they have given us.
