CSK go above and beyond to ensure care is of the highest quality for my nan. The girls are always very well presented and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend the company to anyone in a heartbeat!

Excellent service provision. I have been very pleased with the care provided to my mum by the team. They are all very professional and caring. Mum always looks forward to their calls. I have no worries or concerns which means I am able to concentrate on work and family knowing mum is being looked
after.

I'm very happy to recommend CSK Care Home Ltd.
They currently care for my grandmother and the level of care, compassion, and professionalism has been genuinely excellent. From the carers themselves to the communication with the office team, everything has been well organised and reassuring.
The
carers are kind, patient, and truly take the time to understand my grandmother's needs, treating her with dignity and respect at all times. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing she's in safe and caring hands.
I've had experience with other providers locally in the past, but rather than focus on negatives, I'm more than happy to share a genuinely good news story. CSK have made a real difference to our family, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality care.

My mum has had a weekly care-call from staff from CSK since October 2025 - primarily to aid with a strip-wash. It has taken a while for mum to accept any outside help as she is fiercely independent. It is our first experience of using a Home Care Service.
I have always found communication with
CSK office staff - excellent - prompt & any concerns &/reassurances have always been given. I believe mum's Carer's have always been attentive & care provided with dignity. It gives me peace of mind that a friendly Carer goes in once a week, assesses mum & carries out their duties as necessary & provides a report of the visit for me to access. Very happy to recommend CSK.

Last year, I began the search for a suitable care agency for my Mum. Naturally I wanted her to have the best care possible, and so when I read that the CSK Founders were all from nursing backgrounds, it had significant appeal. Upon meeting the Founders, I knew instantly they were the right agency.
They are hugely professional, and respect my Mum and her needs. Communication is also very good, I feel like I am always listened to, with any issues being dealt with promptly. They are also so helpful when we need extra care time - always doing their best to find a solution. Mum and I are both very happy with the standard of care that CSK offer, and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

CSK have been caring for our mum for almost a year now in a totally professional but friendly manner allowing her to keep her dignity. They work to very high standards and nothing is too much trouble for them. Mum loves them and looks forward to their visits, they really lift her spirits and never
leave without ensuring that her needs have been fully met and that she is comfortable with everything she needs to get her through to their next call. We are kept fully informed of any concerns or issues that may arise. Without the CSK team our mum would not be able to stay in her own home and for that we are and always will be truly grateful.

CSK have been caring for my husband over the past six months, but due to his deteriorating health, combined with my own health issues, it has now reached the hardest point in my life where he has to go into permanent care. CSK have been wonderful - they have never let us down and the care they have
given to my husband has been superb, and they have supported me too in what has been such a difficult time. The ladies are so dedicated in what they do and great friendships have been formed. They are so trustworthy and I would never hesitate asking them to care for me, any other family member or friend. I will miss seeing them all. Everything has been carried out in a very efficient and friendly way too which all helps when you're under so much stress and worry.

CSK have been caring for our Nan now for several months. We've been extremely pleased with the homecare provided. The carers are kind, respectful, and professional, and they always treat our loved one with dignity and compassion.
Knowing they are safe and well cared for in their own home has been

Excellent professional service. The managers and carers go above and beyond and I have every faith that my mum is being cared for to a high standard. The managers and staff have also been so supportive during a recent family illness . Many thanks .

Mum is very happy with all the care she receives. We are all happy that she is happy!
She likes the professionalism of the carers/nurses and they are always beautifully turned out. Any minor issues have been dealt with promptly.
