The company is looking after my family friend and we are very happy with the level of care received. The carers are wonderful, very friendly and treat you with respect. Most importantly they are patient.

Caremark have been providing a sensational service to my elderly mother in her home who is 77 and has dementia. The carers that visit my mother are super friendly, highly skilled, very respectful and reliable. My mother is very happy with them and the service provided. I will recommend Caremark
highly to anyone looking for home care. The team have gone above and beyond our expectations, the communication is superb and very understanding of our needs and requirements.

The overall Caremark package is excellent! The individuals who deliver the service are better than that, they combine flexibility with magnificent personal skills, the overall service they provide combines both technical and personal skills of the highest order.

Caremark Preston have been absolutely outstanding in the way they've looked after my aunt. From the very beginning, their team showed genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. They treated her with dignity, patience, and kindness every single day.
Their support hasn't just helped my aunt - it
has lifted a huge weight off the whole family. We've all felt completely reassured knowing she is in safe, capable hands. The communication has been excellent, and the consistency of care has given us real peace of mind.

Caremark Preston have been caring for my mother who is living with dementia for 2 months. The quality of care has been high, and has made a meaningful difference to both mum's wellbeing and our family's peace of mind and most importantly has enabled my mother to remain in her own home, the carers
are skilled in manoeuvring techniques and support her physically and emotionally. They treat mum with dignity and respect and meet her needs.
Initial difficulties finding the right match for my mum were responded to quickly and efficiently by the management team and additional training needs were identified and delivered promptly and successfully.
There are clear and effective communication channels and managers are always available, approachable and responsive. Feedback is welcomed and acted upon positively. Care records are detailed and well maintained.

I have been using the service for over a month and so far have been very pleased with the care provided. I am very happy with all the caseworkers who treat me with respect and care.
I like the friendly caring atmosphere they display everyday which makes me feel comfortable and happy.

Professional, friendly, flexible, able to deal with surprises - and most importantly a big positive impact on my father's life this month. Staff have all been responsive, effective, and caring - both over email and phone calls with me and IRL with my father in his home.

Caremark provided the best possible care for my elderly mother. The Caremark team are truly dedicated to their mission. The initial visit (for the required information regarding mum) was carried out with dignity and grace. The carer, who was assigned various jobs to undertake at mum's residence, was
friendly, diligent in her tasks, and provided wonderful companionship for the duration.
I highly recommend Caremark. The team show the utmost professionalism.

I'd like to commend Caremark Preston for the exceptional level of care they have provided to my younger brother at home. Living with epilepsy and a learning disability can present daily challenges, but the Caremark team have handled everything with professionalism and compassion.
Their staff are
well-trained, always respectful, and go the extra mile to ensure he is comfortable and cared for. Their genuine dedication has had a positive impact not just on him, but on our entire family. It is a relief and a blessing to know he is in such capable and caring hands. Thank you for all you do.

Caremark Preston is providing care and help to my sister on daily basis.We start getting their services from last 2 months.Excellent service and good behaviour.My sister is a special need child ,they give her medication,help in giving her shower/bath and feed her food as well.We are very satisfied

Caremark have been absolutely wonderful, they have been taking care of my mum who suffers from arthritis, the carer comes in 3x a week and helps my mum with having a shower and getting dressed, and I have absolutely no complaints at all, the carers are very friendly and understanding of the
situation and I couldn't recommend them enough, they have really improved the quality of life for my mum
