Caremark provided the best possible care for my elderly mother. The Caremark team are truly dedicated to their mission. The initial visit (for the required information regarding mum) was carried out with dignity and grace. The carer, who was assigned various jobs to undertake at mum's residence, was friendly, diligent in her tasks, and provided wonderful companionship for the duration. I highly recommend Caremark. The team show the utmost professionalism.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Caremark Preston for the outstanding care they have provided to my sister. The carers are not only professional and reliable but also extremely kind and understanding. They always show up on time and treat her with the respect, attention, and patience she truly deserves. My sister requires special care, and the way her carer takes full responsibility with such compassion and dedication is something we are genuinely thankful for. As a family, it brings us great comfort to know she is in such capable hands. I'd like to commend Caremark Preston for the exceptional level of care they have provided to my younger brother at home. Living with epilepsy and a learning disability can present daily challenges, but the Caremark team have handled everything with professionalism and compassion. Their staff are well-trained, always respectful, and go the extra mile to ensure he is comfortable and cared for. Their genuine dedication has had a positive impact not just on him, but on our entire family. It is a relief and a blessing to know he is in such capable and caring hands. Thank you for all you do.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Caremark Preston and their wonderful staff for the exceptional care they have provided to my uncle, who is living with dementia. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to his unique needs. They have shown great patience, understanding, and kindness in every interaction, ensuring that my uncle is comfortable, respected, and well looked after. It is clear that they are highly trained and genuinely care about their patients' wellbeing. This has given our family great peace of mind, knowing he is in such good hands. Caremark Preston is providing care and help to my sister on daily basis.We start getting their services from last 2 months.Excellent service and good behaviour.My sister is a special need child ,they give her medication,help in giving her shower/bath and feed her food as well.We are very satisfied with their service ,highly recommend.

Caremark is providing excellent care for my sister . The carer was always on time and friendly with my sister . I am very much impressed by their work Very helpful and indeed with everything . My sister is special and carer takes every single responsibility of her which is really admirable .

Caremark have been absolutely wonderful, they have been taking care of my mum who suffers from arthritis, the carer comes in 3x a week and helps my mum with having a shower and getting dressed, and I have absolutely no complaints at all, the carers are very friendly and understanding of the situation and I couldn't recommend them enough, they have really improved the quality of life for my mum
