I imagine that many people have a tricky time finding appropriate care for their loved ones - after all, the reasons for having to introduce domiciliary care are never 'nice'! In our case there were complications related to the timing and wider family matters that made trying to secure the services
of a reputable company awkward. Despite this, Shabana and Simra made the process as smooth as possible with fantastic support on the care assessments and guidance on contractual elements. Their responses to our questions show a really strong ethical attitude to care for the clients they serve. Since beginning care - we are about two-and-a-bit weeks in, the 'frontline' staff have been fantastic - reliable, efficient and very supportive. There are 'adjustments' being considered and changes to be made to the support package which are clearly aligned with Mum's needs and her future. I am confident that we can make this decision one that will be in place for many years. Thanks CYW!
