This care agency has consistently provided staff of an exceptional standard. Recently, one of their carers delivered truly life-saving care. Their rapid response, calm professionalism, and quick thinking undoubtedly saved the life of a very unwell individual whose blood pressure had reached a
critically dangerous level of 273/140 - a situation that could easily have resulted in a stroke or heart attack without immediate intervention. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this agency. The quality of care, dedication, and professionalism shown were outstanding.
I am forever grateful for the life saving support provided by your team. Please pass my heartfelt thanks to the carer involved and to the entire agency for their exceptional service. I will definitely be recommending your agency to any one in need of care

G&H have been compassionate, caring and professional throughout the entire process of securing care for my mother.
They are true to their word on what they advertise with their exceptional care and I am very happy with all they do to support our family.
The carers are carefully matched and have
been wonderful. They are so diligent in putting in their full shift and putting the needs of their client as top priority.
Communications with the administration team have been timely and responsive and I could not ask for better.
I am always able to read a full detailed description of how the day has gone which seamlessly coordinates the quality care.

The staff are warm, very approachable, professional and fair. They listen to my children and my children all look forward to the staff joining in with our family life. The staff handle difficult questions very sensitively and accommodate my children's specific needs. I feel comfortable trusting
the staff with my children and I am comfortable with the staff in my home and when we go on days out.
