My dad had a week stay at a rehabilitation centre in melton Mowbray to learn how to walk again.
I was planning on going with my father as I haven't left him for longer than a few hours in over 3 years - my friend mentioned getting a live in carer for him for the week so I also get a well needed
break, at first I was very anxious about the fact of leaving my dad and him being in someone else's care but after Hannah and the team did an assessment and introduced us to Jo my worries instantly went away
Jo was everything my dad needed that week. Motivational , encouraging, friendly patient
She was all round incredible - I finally had a good night sleep and a well needed break
My dad had the best week ever
We can't thank Alice care home enough

AliceCare@Home exceeded all my expectations for the care provided to my husband. From the start, the team displayed a high level of professionalism, empathy and dedication. They quickly understood his needs and preferences and ensured every aspect of his care was personalised and comprehensive.
They enhanced his, and my, quality of life and provided genuine companionship. They were always available to address any concerns and make adjustments to the care plan. This commitment made a world of difference in alleviating my worries and ensuring that my husband received the best possible care. Their kindness, patience and attentiveness brought comfort and peace to our home.
In the final days of my husband's life, they would pop in anytime day & night to check on us and help in any way they could. They were absolute angels!
I wholeheartedly recommend AliceCare@Home to anyone in need of exceptional care. My grateful thanks to you all.

My daughter who lives in London, found ALICECARE@HOME Ltd online in January 2024 and on interviewing the company they seemed to be so much better thanother companies we had interviewed and employed them from late January 2024. The staff are very well trained, attend appointments on time and are
generous with their time and the jobs they do, as well as care for my wife. I have no hesitation in recommending ALICECARE@HOME to clients and friends who are looking for an excellent care company.

My step father needed an urgent home care package. The manager did a home visit and her kind, empathetic and engaging approach was so reassuring. She explained everything very clearly and importantly listened. The package was turned around very quickly and the flexibility shown to meet my step dad's
needs was second to none. Thankyou to the manager and ALICECARE
