I was planning on going with my father as I haven't left him for longer than a few hours in over 3 years - my friend mentioned getting a live in carer for him for the week so I also get a well needed break, at first I was very anxious about the fact of leaving my dad and him being in someone else's care but after Hannah and the team did an assessment and introduced us to Jo my worries instantly went away

My step father needed an urgent home care package. The manager did a home visit and her kind, empathetic and engaging approach was so reassuring. She has a strong track record of working collaboratively with individuals and their families, and is known for her clear, efficient, and professional communication style.
