One World Care are truly amazing. If i was in the position of needing care, this is the team I'd want. They go above and beyond for the people in their care, helping not just them but their families too. They get to know their clients personally & genuinely care about them. I will forever be grateful for the exceptional care they gave to my Grandma. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing support.

We feel incredibly lucky to have known the manager and her wonderful team from a previous care agency. When we heard she was starting One World Care, my mum didn't hesitate she immediately wanted to move. From day one, the manager brought thoughtful, practical care that made a real difference. I trusted the team completely not only their professionalism, but the love, compassion, and dignity they showed. My mum was treated like family. A real standout was the communication. I could contact the manager anytime and always got a response. We had a groupchat with her carers, which made sharing updates and managing day-to-day things so much easier. My mum was a very private person, so it meant a lot to see her trust the team. New staff were introduced gradually, so she always felt comfortable. When mum's health declined, One World Care truly stepped up, letting us focus on just being with her. We will always be grateful for that. If you're looking for care, I wholeheartedly recommend One World Care.

One World Care supported my sister with social calls for a short period, and the experience was truly outstanding. My sister is disabled and non-verbal, but she expresses herself clearly through sign language and facial expressions - and it was obvious how happy and comfortable she felt with the carers. The team was professional, friendly, and always made sure she was safe and cared for during each outing. Their support gave us real peace of mind, and we're so grateful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of quality, compassionate home care.
