Feeling very grateful for having come across this amazing Care Provider. From the very outset, their communication was of the highest standard demonstrating empathy and professionalism. They actively listened to the problems, assessed my parents individualised needs and provided exactly the right care at the right time. I live in a different country from my parents and feel so blessed to have such amazing carers going in, recognising potential problems that I would not know about, communicating these to me and proactively helping to overcome these problems. The management team that oversees this care is exceptionally good and utterly professional. With 40 years of nursing experience I am very impressed with One World Care and at this early stage would be lost without them. Highly recommend this company

We had to change the care company as the previous provider was difficult to work with. My experience with One World Care has been extremely positive from the time I made the call. They have been professional in their approach, very attentive to the minute details and very compassionate towards the car of my husband. They have taken responsibility in understanding what were his needs and made sure that the service & care provided was to the highest standard. I keep saying that they are too good to be true.
