Am new to knowing about Caring Providers, following my wife's time in hospital and upon discharge had NHS funded re-enablement service which is only for a limited time and is only adequate for that. So the need became to find a reliable, reasonable and caring service who would deliver on their
promises, easy said but more difficult in real time. Thank goodness I settled upon GoodOaks Homecare.
After an initial chat with Marjie the manager both my wife and I could see this working. And so it proved with Tracy being the nominated carer, who has unlimited patience and is so caring. The care plan has due to various circumstances had to be amended several times but nothing is too much trouble.
It is great both knowing who the carer is and always the same at a nominated time, this so unfortunately lacking with NHS Re-enablement service.
I cannot praise this company high enough, a lifeline in time of need.

My carer is very attentive and caring, she is excellent. She focuses on my needs, she is patient with me & always puts my needs first. I am disabled and my carer is always conscious of my situation. I don't know how I would cope without GoodOaks Homecare.
