The people of the business have gone far above and beyond any help I could of imagined with my grandparents. Helping my nan around the house and having excellent conversations with both grandparents. Making them feel comfortable and engaged. Mel is a lovely woman and has settled in as apart part of the family. She is helping my granddad with his medication and reminded him about showers etc without making him feel he's lost any dignity. The whole company from top to bottom have been a blessing
