We used Home Instead to support my mum for the last 15 months of her life. Mum always felt safe and secure when with them. All the care professionals were polite, friendly and attentive to mums needs at all times. She so enjoyed the walks and her daily indoor exercises with her care professionals.
They were highly trained and understood mums' challenges with Parkinsons Disease and Parkinsons related Dementia. I have no doubt that mum was able to remain in her own home until the end of her life mainly due to the excellent care provided. I had no concerns at all with the service and would recommend without any reservations Home Instead Derby to anyone who needs support with the care of their loved ones.
