Excellent service, friendly helpful staff, respectful of property and mum's needs. Any concerns were dealt with speedily and efficiently. Although mum has now gone into permanent residential care and no longer needs this service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs it.

The whole experience of the staff both the office staff and the care workers is of a very high standard. Staff are always very polite and helpful and are always ready to talk to you about any concerns that you may have. The app that is available on the phone is very informative as to which member of
staff is going to visit and between what times, or what was done after a visit has being made.

As a family we found the care from this company to be excellent. At a difficult time for my parents I was able to arrange Clarity Homecare to care for my Dad although it was relative short notice. The carers were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The organisation senior team was
well organanised, going to see my Dad in hospital and the transfer home which was on Christmas Eve. My Dad was so grateful. Thank you so much.
