The two carers provided for the last two years are exactly what we required. They fitted into the family home well but knew boundaries and when to withdraw - not an easy thing to do.

I approached Interserve Healthcare Cardiff, after a personal recommendation, I wanted a team of males and females to keep my active, and keep her company, but sometimes she is confused, 82 years old and to take her out and about and encourage fitness. We have carers three afternoons a week for four
hours, they take her swimming, shopping and off on trips. She enjoys the variety and they seem to enjoy her company. They are always alert me to any problems and feedback to me.

I found Interserve online, when looking for carers for my brother who is disabled. We needed carers on the weekend to help my brother socialise so that he can live as normal life as possible. The company have been a fantastic help for our family, offering great services and very kind staff. My brother
has got on with every carer he has had and enjoys having your services.
