Well, it's got to the weekend again. I had to put my Mam to bed myself last night. She had to be left fully clothed because she will not let me undress her or change her pad. Sunday morning call should be 9 to 9.15 carers turn up at 10.15. I had already got her up gave her breakfast. Stripped the bed
and put it in the wash. The same old excuse, we are sorry but we got a call from management and we have to put two runs together. I really dread the weekends. It gets me down. I don't think I can cope with this much longer.

Medacs cared for my grandma for 22 years. The staff who cared for her were kind and caring, I have to thank one carer especially. She attended my Grandmas funeral and spoke so fondly of her. I grew up watching the carers care for my nan who couldn't eat, drink, walk or talk. They inspired me and are
part of the reason I opened my own care company. Thank you for all you did.

My mother has been having care from Medacs for some time and I can only give praise. Mum has dementia and Alzheimers, she can be very difficult but has been shown kindness and understanding. Medacs have given such good advice when as a family we felt alone, nothing has been too much trouble.
I trust
Medacs to help us keep our lovely mum in her own home where she wants to be with her family.
Highly recommend Medacs.
