Hafod Care Association is a high-quality home care agency that is dedicated to caring for older people and those who have complex and specialist care needs in the South and West Wales areas.

Hafod Care Association is a charitable,"not-for-profit" organisation providing person-centred care 24 hours a day for clients who require services such as companionship, personal care, domestic help and night sitting services.

Staff are specially selected for their skills of compassion and their past care experience. They are then specially vetted, and CRB and fully reference checked. Once selected, staff are then trained to an exacting standard.

Dignity and respect are central to the company's philosophy of care.

I am writing to say a big thank you to the Hafod Care Community Homecare Bridgend, team for the home care they have provided to my mother over the last 2 years.
I cannot praise them highly enough for the way they cared for my elderly mother who had suffered a severe stroke in November 2022.
Every
member of the team would go over and above the call of duty to make sure that my mother was given the best care possible.
I cannot thank them enough, not only did it make my mothers last 2 years enjoyable and comfortable, and to be able to have her wish to pass away at home, it also made my life so much less stressful knowing that she was in such capable hands.
I would like to conclude by saying that I feel that all the care team not only were great carers, but became family friends. I cannot thank them enough for their help and support, couldn't have managed without them.
I will always be eternally grateful.

Carers are most supportive to both of us. Providing a good start to the day and helps with advice which we appreciate with cheery work.

There is clearly some variation in the level of service provided by different staff members but overall we are very happy with the hope and support. Attendance is very consistent and reliable. I am treated with care and dignity.
