Hafod’s Homecare Service provides domiciliary care services for individuals of all genders and backgrounds over the age of 18. The services provide domiciliary care and support by offering tailored care packages either through the local authority or by private arrangement. The professional registered care team are fully trained in administering specialist care tasks and assist people to maintain independence and well-being within their own homes and the local community.
As an organisation their aims and objectives are focused on putting the individual at the heart of everything they do and continuously striving to improve the well-being of the individual and the quality of service they deliver. They do this by treating those who use the service with dignity, respect and ensuring individuals privacy.
They cover Cardiff area in particular St Mellons, Rhymney, Trowbridge and surrounding areas.
