I never normally do reviews but feel that this is an absolute must. 2M have cared for my mum for the last 2 years, after a severe stroke. They have all been absolutely brilliant, kind, caring, empathetic. Their time keeping has been impeccable and nothing has ever been too much. There were a few bumps
in the road at the very start, but they have to find out where everything is, get to know mum and mum them. Mum obviously had her favourites and on occasions was sad when some left the company, but all in all they have all been fabulous. Mum passed at home and dignity was shown at all times by them. Will I recommend? of course I will. Thank you so much for your kindness, care and above and beyond duties.

We moved Grannie, Mum, out of the home to be with her terminally ill husband so 2M became her care providers and 2 carers visit us 4 times a day. It was a difficult time for the family and for her, losing her husband and dealing with mild dementia. All of our expectations have been surpassed. The carers
have been absolutely incredible and we couldn't have hoped for a better package of care. They are brilliant with Grannie and no matter what mood they find her in they always make her smile and laugh. The team are genuinely caring and it really shows through the way they interact, treat with dignity, always turn up with a smile and have patience in abundance. We hear someone even broke out in a little dance the other day which she hasn't stopped chuckling about! Thank you 2M carers for making her life a little easier. We're really grateful for you all and you're really making a difference.

My husband and myself would like to express our gratitude and thanks for the love, caring and professional carers, who provided their care to our loved one during her last days on this earth.
