Lowest quality of care possible. The one they gave me is an awful and vindictive women. She would never once arrive in time despite being a carer for a few years, allegedly, poor time management, always ready with excuses she would corner you and force in your face in all circumstances, never remembered what to do, would never work without supervision from me the patient, very controlling, always made mistake but never took accountability, never once apologised but would talk in circles like a fly in my ear to put the blame on me. Each time she made a mistake. Wasn't trained in anything, clueless like a child but imposing like an old woman with children, but needed me to tell her what to do each day like a toddler and never took the initiative herself. The company did this.

Absolutely disgraceful. My dad has got dementia. He had a carer from Bio Luminuex Health Care, Manor Park branch. The carer started shouting at my poor dad. I told the carer to get out of the house. Did not get an apology from the carer. Would not recommend this company at all.
