Absolutely brilliant staff, good office communication. Manager is fantastic (Gemma) everyone listens to what mum says and wants. I can't recommend enough. If you're looking for care in Leicestershire I would definitely suggest contacting Gemma.

The carer who looked after our mum a couple of years ago after a fall and most recently this year after she came out of hospital after an illness is a fantastic carer. My mum loved her and enjoyed her visits. She loved chatting to her. The carer is very professional and put our mum at ease. She treated
her with the utmost respect. My sister and I felt very reassured knowing Mum's carer was popping around to care for her.

A carer that actually cares, one of the carers that look after my mum, although there are several ladies that look after my mum, one in particular stands out from the rest. She does all the jobs that are expected and so much more. She looks after Mum's needs with so much dignity and care, she is always
smiling and is very cheerful. I have nothing but the highest praise for the kindness she shows Mum. She always talks to Mum, asks her what she has watched on the television or maybe has a little chat about Coronation Street, this makes my mum feel very special and I know Mum looks forward to seeing her. I believe she goes "that extra mile" to ensure Mum is happy and safe and comfortable. She is the most caring person, whom I fully trust.
I want to thank Melton Care and most of all this carer, in particular, for all the hard work that she does.
