The staff argues so much. They called me a liar.
They said if I was to report them for the matter of safeguarding care they will make sure I suffer they will get more reports made against me and challenge each one.
I didn't have my breakfast or medicine, it was over 3 hours they couldn't find any
backup care for me and asked me to call my PA to come and help.
That day my PA had very bad flu symptoms like Covid, I told her don't come as it is dangerous for me.
I didn't get a carer until 6 hours and was told that we have to beg people to come and see you, as you are out of the area. I was emotionally blackmailed if I reported them. I can't get to the office no lift.
My daughter said it smells so much its hard to breathe in that horrible room.
Untidy, unorganised, they would lie to my carer saying just go. Will tell you what to do when they know I am paralysed below and cannot walk to open the door. There is a key safe at the back of the house which has never been mentioned to the new carer coming they waste so much time of the client.

This company cheats on time, has washed plates in mop water when the sink was blocked, has washed mop in dog bowl water.
Does not recycle waste so foxes open the rubbish bags all over the road and allow a 93 old lady to tidy up and do not monitor that the client takes her medication or that she drinks
water, or provide a glass for the lady to use at night.

For the first time in 2 years since my elderly mother has been housebound, my mind is at ease and mum is now relaxed and able to share her concerns and have her requests met. The carers are responsive to her needs, taking the time to interact with her while making sure she has healthy meals and snacks
at regular times. I am kept updated via text messages and phone calls to let me know how things are going and what I need to add to my fortnightly shopping list! Anything needed before I visit, they ensure that mum has what she needs.
When I visited mum today, her flat was clean and tidy and it was nice to be able to discuss mums care; they were easy to talk to and I would recommend this care provider.
