Workers were unenthusiastic and lazy. Looked bored through their shifts. Lazy workers wanted to sit around and watch movies instead of taking my son out. Kept bringing him back even though told not to. Two workers would sit watching TV even though I made it clear what I wanted. The manager was a great piece of work would promise to return calls. If she was in a Disney movie she would have a long nose. She could not control her workers e.g. one decided not to bother turning up for shifts. Every time I complained I got no apology and they even told me she had been fired once but guess what, three weeks later they put her back on a shift. Double booked staff so they had to be in two places at the same time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Workers came when they wanted, left when they wanted. I would not trust my goldfish with them. A shout out to one of the carers that came, the only decent worker they had. A definite credit to the company they used him to make up for the shambles they got into.
