Our daughter has Cerebral Palsy and Global Learning Delay, and the bond she has formed with the HK team is truly beautiful. They care for her with so much love, kindness, dignity and respect, and they have become such a special part of her life - and ours.
She absolutely adores her time with "her girls." Whether she is enjoying a day out or simply spending time with the team, she is always smiling, happy and having fun. To her, every day with HK is a party! Knowing she is so loved, cared for and able to enjoy life to the fullest gives us such incredible peace of mind.
Almost four years have passed in what feels like the blink of an eye, but they have been four very special years filled with love, laughter and precious memories. We feel truly blessed to have HK-Care supporting our daughter and our family.
My grandfather receives care. We can't fault them they go above and beyond with his care helping him and making sure everything is the way he likes it. They are always on time and chat away with him when they are in. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have been very happy with the care given to my father by HK Care Consulting. The carers have always shown care and affection towards him and my sister and I. They have always been approachable and offered advice where appropriate. All reporting via the app has been, timeous, lucid and accurate. There have been several occasions where care staff have gone above and beyond there duties, staying longer and carrying out extra tasks to help Dad. The housework such as cleaning, clearing up etc. was always done diligently. Managers made themselves available when required.

My mother is receiving the best care from HK-Care Consulting Ltd. In her own words, "I can't fault them". Her carer is caring, responsive and professional. She always arrives on time and does not rush to go to her next client. From the beginning, the interview with the manager was impressive stating my mother would only see two carers but mostly one person would be the dedicated carer. They have not let us down. So impressed.
