Carers were needed when my grandma had a few bouts of illnesses in short period of time and her mobility had declined.
Was a little unsure at the start as most days carers struggled to get to her at the arranged time. We appreciate it can be difficult with the traffic and being held up at other clients
homes, was just a little frustrating for my grandma having to wait until she could be moved out of her bed. Over time this improved massively and a great routine was established.
My grandma was happy with the carers and made a lovely bond with one carer in particular, who came in most days. She was always so polite, caring and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She's a real asset to the caring community!
If we had any queries, main office always dealt with quickly & professionally.
Grandma did extremely well recovering and was able to gain her mobility back enough where she no longer needed help. Thank you for the care/support whilst she recovered.

This company has been caring for my partner since October 2023. At first he didn't want to accept the help and only relied on me until he got used to a regular person after some time. The carers were on time and were polite. With the same carer everything ran smoothly but when different cares arrives
we were back to square 1.
They sent carers that were scared of big dogs that put stress on my partner, the carer and myself. After a few reminders to the office, this was resolved. A couple of the carers went above and beyond when they were here and we created a great bond with them and felt comfortable and at ease. Some carers appeared rushed and worn out like they had too many to visit in 1 day.
Any issues I did speak to the office and they were dealt with very quickly and they were apologetic.

Reason of 5 star is cause of one carer in particular. When she is not here everting goes haywire. Other staff some who come do not respect my property have to tell them so many times. And I also have noticed they do not like it when I say but hey you have to respect other people property.

We've been really happy with the care mum's been receiving. Carers come in 4 times a day and are kind and considerate to my mum and have given us some peace of mind. They are very caring and will call if they are unsure of where to find things, want to clarify mum's requirements or have any concerns
about her well being.

Mum had carers 4X a day they were punctual but lacking in certain areas. I had to tell them how to fill positioning sheet in left by district nurses. On the app they regularly referred to my mum as he.
I also had to ask them to wear aprons has they just turned up wearing gloves. Overall because I'm
a support worker myself I wasn't overly impressed
Although I do admit that the staff I felt were overworked and working to a tight time line. Definitely room for improvement . Sadly my mum passed away

My husband came home from the hospital on the 19th of December 2024. The carers were there the next day. At 8.00 am as they said they would be. All of them were very respectful and caring of my husband.
He had been diagnosed with very deep depression after his hip replacement and covid. They talked
to him and showered him. Noticed an infection in his groin and sorted all that was needed. I really cannot praise them enough, for they gave him his dignity back, also the confidence to talk again.
We will be looking into having one come in once a week, to assist him showering. Just to say, He will shower in between. He just feels they give him a good all-over shower.
Thanks again to all who came.

The girls that cared for my mum were excellent. Nothing was too much and their communication with her was excellent.
If I have any criticism it is the office. They lacked support for those working in the field. The carers who care for the client know what the client's needs are and the office never
took their comments into account.
The manager came on board and clearly, he was doing his best to change attitudes. I hope he succeeded as I now do not use the care as sadly 24/7 care couldn't be provided because my mum is now in full-time care.

My father started receiving care in August 2024. At first, he didn't really want carers but agreed as I was unable to provide everything he needed by myself.
He has now got used to the 2 care calls daily. All the carers are extremely polite friendly and considerate towards Dad, They work with you
as a family and agree on what help is implemented and are always happy to do more or tweak things slightly. So far we are more than happy with Global Care and would recommend them.

Very consistent and considered carers. The APP gave reassurance and details of daily activity and care. Very kind and gentle carers talked to Mum patiently and reassured her all of the time. Very reliable and trustworthy.

Reliable and friendly service. They helped my mother rehabilitate and get back towards her usual self. Gentle support and encouragement was much appreciated. We were able to gradually reduce care input in an appropriate way, taking her progress into account.

We have had the Global Care team from Gloucester provide care and support at home for my 94-year-old mother for over 4 months now. The service they provide has been excellent. The team are first class, very caring, very polite and very smart. They attend to all my mother's needs four times per day,
in a consistent and professional manner. They keep our family fully updated on a regular basis and advise us of any problems that arise or any specific observations regarding my mother's health needs. A really excellent service provided by a great team... Well done Global Care and thank you.

After leaving a hospital stay that had been horrendous, I was finally able to get my 90-year-old father home to spend his final days in his own bed. Dad was in a bad way and traumatised by his hospital stay, went into hospital relatively okay and all skin intact and mentally very aware, however, this
was not how he came home. I had never heard of the company, despite Dad having care for a fair few years being wheelchair bound totally. He was put on an initial 4 visits a day and one overnight stay every night. The carers were very polite and caring and looked after Dad so well despite Dad being pretty aggressive as he was on palliative care until he passed on 27:3:24. They were smartly dressed in navy uniform and wore full safety gloves etc. It was mainly personal care alongside nurses, gp. Professional in their work and Dad had a good death with his family around him. The team we had were the same few people, a male and female at each visit who really did care. I would certainly recommend. Thanks.

The professional support and empathy given by the manager and his carers from Leicestershire cannot be underestimated. They are kind, hardworking and conscientious helping my elderly 97 year old mother through difficult circumstances without complaining.
She has serious ongoing physical health issues
and problems that are dealt with in a courteous manner and are very respectful 24/7 - whether it’s in the morning, afternoon or evening.
I would recommend anyone reading this to choose Global Caring Leicestershire for help in the future.
Reply from Adila Bashrit, Director at Global Caring CoventryThank you so much for your kind words. The carers and management appreciate your support.

The carers that have been helping me have been efficient. There are sometimes language difficulties that are overcome by signing and pointing. I have not needed the calls at midday or afternoon. The first call of the day is the most useful, although they do not let me do some things I can do for myself.
I am aware that they have a short time. Always polite and helpfully aware of my needs.
