Overall Experience
I am happy with the carers. They genuinely care and truly go above and beyond. They have been extremely flexible when dealing with appointments with OT's, social workers and equipment suppliers. They communicate with me very well in order that we can ensure my mother has what she needs

The care assistants are always cheerful and friendly.
The attendances are morning (08:30 am approx) and lunchtime (13:00hrs approx) each attendance is scheduled for 30 minute and total service time delivery is good.
Usually everything goes well with only occasional need to carers to refer back to family members for additional instructions.

Of note, but not currently a major issue, is that English is often not the first language for care assistants and ongoing review this should be borne in mind lest additional problems manifest due to language/communication barriers in future.
